Anaconda Marsden Park

After a big 96 litre Fridge Freezer, Mycoolman came up as a good one to have.
Saw a special on and rang Anaconda Marsden Park, got through without any hassle, asked if they had any in stock, they had two left that were still packed in a container, I asked if I could come through and pick up and with no hesitation they unloaded got it out ready for me.
The two sales ladies, Bella and Mia, were so great in locking in the sale and organising the pickup, I was so thankful for their effort and professionalism.
Thank you to the guy that helped me load it in the van.

I purchased snow gloves from this shop and it was worth purchasing. Variety of camping tools and stuff you can buy from here. Staff is very helpful. I highly recommend this store.

Much better shopping experience than the flagship Auburn store which gets overcrowded. The layout is great and you shop without the overbearing crowds.

Huge shout out to the store manager Zach and the rest of his team there. I bought an OzTent RS-1, but out of the box a hinge was bent and didn’t work properly. Zach replaced it on the spot. I’ve been going back in there the last few weeks buying more and more camping gear for a trip coming up, and everyone is super friendly and bend over backwards to give you advice on things.

Great place to shop. Liz helped me find my first pair of hiking shoes. She's so welcoming and professional. Thank you Liz!

Collected my order from Anaconda Marsden Park today and it was such a seamless experience. Aaron was so helpful and lovely over the phone organizing my order and guiding me to the loading bay. The boys packed the car for me and the whole thing was done in 5 minutes. Outstanding service and you know the products are good.

Melinda is a simply fantastic staff member, she went totally out of her way on all counts, she listened very attentively to all the things that my wife and I want to do and achieve with our adventure, holidays, goals, plans and then gave us the Absolute Number 1 Best Customer Service that I have ever experienced in any store in Sydney in the last 20 years! No I am not kidding you! She gave my wife and I so much fantastic, very valuable information and help. She gave us the best possible prices and with her advice she literally saved us over a Thousand Dollars in unnecessary purchases and then made sure that we got the exact best possible products at the very best prices to help us achieve our goals and dreams. I simply cannot recommend Melinda and Anaconda at Marsden Park NSW highly enough! We will definitely be going back there for any other camping and holiday needs in the future. Love their service! Always so helpful and never a hard job when I request something to them. Their phone manner is excellent too. Compared to the Anaconda in Lidcombe. I am glad I live in the area so I can keep buying from their store.

My Son and I went to the Marsden Park store to purchase some equipment for an upcoming Scout hike. The store has a great range and we were assisted by a great staff member Mel. This store has plenty of parking not too crowded in the centre the shop is located.

Store manager Mel from Marsden Park was so much help to us as we prepare for our trip nothing we asked for was a problem and her product knowledge was excellent and made our job easy we need more people in customer service like Mel.

Great place to buying fishing gears, lots of clearance items in the boxes near the entry.
