Store owner hurling abuse over a car park issue. After acknowledging him and moving the vehicle (innocent mistake) he continues to attack my family who were in the car while I was in the store next door. All this while smoking a cigarette at the entrance to his own business.

Just had a very unexpected, awkward experience when calling to compare prices for beer. The gentleman who answered accused me of calling from another competitor to price match. Had always known Nova to be competitive in pricing, but after that conversation I wouldn't feel comfortable to step foot in their store.

Rude owner. I got myself and my daughter out of the car. I had only just finished saying to my daughter that after we go to the dr we were going to have a look in this liquor store. Some man out the front who was smoking a cigarette asked me if I was going into the dr which I said yes and he rudely tells me to move my car because that’s his parking spot.
Guess who isn’t getting my business or anyone I know 👍🏼

I was picking up broken car from NRMA service centre and this guy came out of the blue didn’t say anything so when I picked up my car as I start driving he started talking pictures and swearing at like why did you bloke me
I was like you also parked right in front me
And I didn’t say anything just waited for you but you swearing
Why ??
Will never go to this shop for any purchase because this how they behave
