I love Chatime, the combination of flavours and mix-ins are fabulous. I always get a Large Apple Green Tea with 2 apple popping pearls and it always tastes the same which is fantastic. The owner is a lovely man and the staff are very kind and helpful and amazing T-ristas!
I'm starting to try out more flavours and so far I've enjoyed everything I've tried on their menu.
For a beverage the price is reasonable at 5.50 for a regular cup and 6.00 for a large cup. But it is worth every cent that you put towards a cup as it's delicious.

My must do for everytime i'm at the towers. The staff vary from average to absolutely amazing, usually amazing. I consider myself a regular and was astounded to find that two of the staff members had remembered my order off by heart, large passionfruit black tea w/ double lychee jelly and no sugar. Would highly recommend trying it.

My favourite tea places in Sydney! Quick service, accurate orders and most of all delicious taste always! Love coming here anytime! If you visit, do try the premium pearl milk tea, lychee iced tea and mango iced tea.

Just simply love it! Taro, vanilla, Thai & strawberry milk tea flavours are the best ones! Like their earl grey milk tea too! It is not complete if you have it without the pearls!

Castle towers chatime continues to bring friendly service and good drinks to us. The staff at the castle towers store is much friendlier and more professional than the one in Eastwood. It is also at the perfect location for customers before they go to the cinema, definitely will visit often
