Yesterday we had to go and return an item that we bought few weeks ago. My husband has misplaced the receipt!! We had so much of doubt whether they will return our money back?? We had the item packed well and had the warranty card too.It was in good shape.
Once we went to the teller and explained our situation the staff who was serving us had the great patience to listen to us.Never ever gave a bad attitude for us. Treated us with a nice gentle smile and he said he’ll see what he could do for us. He contacted the relevant authority and then refunded our money back.
What I saw in this particular staff he was so unique . His art of service was non other than brilliant. He had a great customer service. Acknowledged the customer, respected the customer and did an awesome job from the begging to the end.We are extremely convinced with this staff’s awesome, unique customer service. Our local Aldi store is so fortunate to have staff like him as he has shown, the customers are the paramount. Thank you AVISHKHAR.Today I had to make another visit to find out his name. That extra trip is worth the trouble.

We go there all the time i actually hate going to aldi but my wife loves the place so 5 stars it is!

Making a visit to North Rocks, I was able to quickly find all of the necessary items I needed.
And, I even grabbed for myself a little treat... mixed nuts!
Yeah, healthy options are available too!

This store is better than any other aldi store I've been to in stock range, cleanliness, and staff attitude.

My local. Always has the best produce and the staff are very friendly and helpful! Recently they have hard cheeses to match the wine selection as well as the olives and dips. Meat and gluten free products are available and if ure a local u know where everything is!

Aldi north rocks is our favourite. They always have fresh fruit and veg. Fresh bread and the special buys section Is great. I have to coax my husband out of the store. We can do our whole monthly shop one hit. Often leaving with a trolley full of goods.

Thanks to all the Aldi staff members at North rocks , because of your hard work , i can buy almost everything i need like normally i did shopping in your store as before, although last time (lest week )i wear a mask but one of your cashier is not that nice but i can fully understand maybe she is too tired. for my suggestion from bottom of my heart , please ask all of your cashier take a mask because if in case there are only few people within the Latency period but whose already been the agent to transfer the virus, if they did shopping in your store for a little while , they are able to transfer the virus to you . Plz take care and thanks again for all of you .

I find North Rocks Aldi to be of the highest degree in convenience. This the well stocked shelves, parking as well as reasonable bus availability.
Having coffee shops and department stores as well as other specialty shops nearby adds greatly to the utility of this particular Aldi store. Having a First Choice Liquor store right there as well is another bonus.
Additional to Aldi are a multitude of other department stores and specialty shops. Perfect for you who want to do a one stop shop.

Well stocked , neatly organised..friendly and fast checkout ..parking can be a bit of struggle just outside but lot of spots in the main car park.

I Respect ALDI because they respect their employees, they sit down while they serve the customer, all the other stores they keep their employees standing up while they serve the customer for no reasonable reason, prices wise very reasonable, variety , new products every week, Aldi is the best.

Good collection. Just that the items that wr get one week, won't be available next week. I am referring to food items. Need to maintain some consistency.

Staffs always friendly and helpful. When there are no stock on shelves, I asked the staff, they'll help check stock at back storage. If any, they'll bring them out.

ALDI is Tops, Super Fast checkout. ALDI lways have a trolly available due to the self return policy. I always use a trolly if I only need a couple of items to clear the check out area fast. The Long check out area speeds up the check out. If the new Coles at North Rocks had only duplicated the ALDI check out system they would have progressed not send people to the silly self check out or only have a couple of check outs open and the check out operator packing the bags for the customers. Aldy is so simple throw the items into the trolly and pack the items in the bags at the boot of your car. The whole ALDI system of selling, price, good products, fast check out that are opened to match the demand, and friendly service is the reason they offer better value and service than Coles or Woolworths.
