Roll'd Macarthur Square

The journey to roll'd started a week ago on my holidays when I was told that you could get pork crackling on a Vietnamese roll (banhi roll).
I was shocked when I found this out as I come from a rural area and have always got from the local bakery your standard Vietnamese rolls, which are delicious of course, but it was time to take it up a notch
I deliberately picked the driving route on my day out of shopping etc so i would finish up near macarthur square so i could induldge in this 5 star Vietnamese roll
Well did it live up to the hype, absolutely it did.
I ordered the pork crackling Vietnamese roll which came on a lightly toasted baguette and it was to die for. I Absolutely recommend this place.
Now of course you are in a very big mall, so there are toilets, wheelchair accessible parking and entry.
Now speaking of parking, first 3 hours are free, but I have never seen this before. Each car spot has a light above it which is red when occupied and turns green when empty. So instead of aimlessly driving around in circles looking for a park , you can see rows across of lighting, and if there is a green light it means an empty space.

Food is nice. Pho is good. Just a little smaller then other places. And a bit more pricey. But a nice vibe to the whole place.

Dude at the back (apparently Martin) was very happy and excited promoting a healthy and joyous environment. Definitely deserves employee of the year. Food was aight. Coming back soon :)

Fresh & tasty food - we love stopping here for a quick bite when shopping. We rate the rice paper rolls & pho.

It was an amazing experience here! Food was fantastic and i was served by the great staffs. Price is abit expensive but worth it. Beef pho was 👍

Food had good flavour, small portions buy great for light meal or snack.

Best Pork Roll ever! The BBQ Chicken Bahn Mi is even better I would say.
