Maya in the toy department went above and beyond to assist me looking for an airplane for my 8yo grandson this morning. She was a breath of fresh air. Big W have the best toy section too! Thank you Maya.

Grabbed some nice cheap lego there today for my boy. Nicely stocked and plenty of good bargains. Surgest anyone chasing Halloween decorations check out what have aswell as I was enjoying how much of range they had.

Was helped by Stephanie at the service desk today. She went above and beyond to make sure my laybuy was a secret (my son was with me). Thank you for going that extra mile to help a mum in need.

Biw W is well stocked most things that people buy daily.

Best place to shop for growing children's clothes. I mean they are cheap enough to buy heaps and when they are growing fast we need new ones all the time

Clean and tidy shop, friendly staff.

Great shop, easy to move around, friendly staff and easy to navigate. Close to an exit/entry with disabled parking although it can be difficult to get a spot as they are usually full.

Good 👍😊 service they refunded my mum's tv and mum got her money 💰 back when the remote was faulty on it

Had an issue with an online return and I did see their point as it was a bit of he said she said. Still the manager was generous and approved the return. Found what we needed ourselves now we are allowed to look through the shelves.
The website is not clear enough to buy pet beds properly but that's a head office issue not the local store's fault.
Return funds were processed within the hour which was amazing! Quite happy.

Excellent customer service, people are so nice and also it has a great variety of stuff and also fully stocked on most goods whilst other stores always runs out of

There is a few changes, however they still have all the stuff you could buy before, just the locations of item shelves has changed.

Good store, well stocked and best of all the item's we wanted were on special
