These girls were so helpful and very professional, brought myself yesterday a coffee-coloured plain t-shirt! Haven't been here for a long time though the store is almost 20-year old, but I don't care. I still love it! Will come back again!!

Went in to look for new jeans after feeling a bit uncomfortable in another store. Left with two pairs of jeans and a smile on my face. Their customer service was awesome. What a great experience. Thanks guys.

Very happy with the staff, they were closing and didn’t rush me at all, instead helped me and I ended up leaving very happy. A big thanks to the guy that works there (didn’t get his name) but he was kind and took the time to make sure we were happy with what we bought.

The employees at universal store in MacArthur square were completely helpful and supportive for me when buying clothes for Christmas this year, and on every occasion I have gone into their store, you don’t get service like this almost anywhere else and they were more friendly than any store I have ever been to

More than love this place. The team are friendly and helpful and the atmosphere is amazing
