Glue Store Macarthur

I was at Glue on Thursday around 6:30 and didn’t know this store opened. The store design is very nice the layout makes it easy to navigate (like a 3 lane layout).
Friendly staff, good music, wide variety of clothing brands
But why I’m writing this review is I wanted to give a huge thanks to ‘Mo’ who really elevated the shopping experience by talking to me when I bought a jacket, we had good laughs and I felt like he humanised the interaction; He walked me out of the store after checkout, which is a bonus to good customer service. So good on you Mo, and to everyone else! 😊😊

Customer service from both Deb and Alisa was faultless and service with a big smile. They both went above and beyond on 2 separate visits, thankyou to both girls, will definitely be back to buy more items from them!

Horrible experience with this company's customer service team. I reached out to them several times with a simple question about some items I was interested in purchasing, but each time I was met with rude and unhelpful responses. It was as if they didn't even want to help me. The customer service representative I spoke to was extremely unprofessional and dismissive of my concerns, and the manager I spoke with, he was much worse. I would not recommend this company to anyone based on my experience with their customer service.
