JB Hi-Fi Campbelltown

Went to JB to enquire about a PlayStation issue we were having. Had Jake the area manager assist. He had sold me a couple of phones in the past 18 months and I had found him to be very helpful and pleasant on these occasions. However in this instance I was blown away as he went above and beyond, spoke to my husband over the phone as I had no idea about this type of stuff and if I had to relay the info it would of been a game of Chinese whispers. Long story short he solved the problem, where most people would of strugged their shoulders and said I don't know and given up. Really impressed! Jake is a wonderful asset to JB with a bright future ahead of him. Thank you Jake.

I liked the service provided and the transparency. However, the waiting period of being served due to the influx of customers every time is but a downer. They of a variety of stocks and discounts that I like. I would highly recommend.

Great customer service! The guy had ample knowledge around TVs. Quite competitive price and he was approachable and friendly. Store is very clean and tidy! Recommended

Nice and kind staff, when I learn my charger block does not come with a cable, Connor help me around it and gave me the cable with a discount

The customer service I received in the Macarther Square store was fantastic. It was really nice to see as it's not that way in other stores, but the guys that served us were very polite and knowledgeable

A sweet sales girl I think by the name of Ruby or Rosie helped us buy our DJI system. Extremely helpful, lovely girl who did not become tiresome of our questions. She is worth having as a staff member.

Friendly and knowledgeable staff. Prices are good. Pick up from around the block. Dock 15. We bought a tv and a gaming chair and staff were very helpful. They also messag3d us a link to download a copy of the receipt.

Went early in the morning and I was serviced promptly, the staff was friendly and knowledgeable.
Had other experiences that it was very hard to get someone to help you.
