The staff are really nice, very friendly, and welcoming. I go in there regularly to buy my dogs pet food and do this in big portions. The staff are very patient and just great people :)

I had my King Charles Cavalier washed by Jordie several times now. She is amazing, has a great relationship with my pup, and her service, skills and professionalism are second to none. I wouldn't trust anyone else with my baby. Thanks for being so awesome!

My pets and I are always happy to shop at our favourite store. No other pet store has come remotely close to Petbarn. We have tried looking elsewhere and have been disappointed.

Take my girl here for a bath, cheap affordable and good selection with bathing her and easy to use. She hates baths but so much easier here to get the job done quickly. Great customer service to.

The dog wash area is great, smells wonderful and makes washing my dog easy. Would recommend as long as your dog is okay being around other dogs as pets walk around the shop (on leash).

I couldn't be happier. The staff are wonderful, polite, kind & considerate. They do a wonderful job, the rates are good and I enjoy the grooming visits.

Prompt service, and with a smile. The store is well laid out. Seeing the little kitties was the best part of the visit. Wish we could've taken him home!

Friendly staff and wide selection of things to buy for your little pal. Even the trainee that served me knew her stuff about the treatments I was buying and gave good advice. They also have decent online sales and competitive prices, so you'll probably find yourself here again if you try to shop around for a good price.
