Convenient location for Post Office. Service with a smile is most welcoming! It is not easy to be behind the counter, but this staff (K) was super helpful. Thank you so much.

The lady behind the counter looked for a parcel which had only just come in and hadn't been sorted. They would have had to look for quite a few parcels but were able to located it. Excellent service.

Place always seems to be very busy but once all the staff are on deck the wait time is not very long. I waited about 5 to 10 minutes to pick up a package with no issues and the person who served me was very nice and courteous.

After my awful experience at Roseville shop, I've decided to come here on Sat morning. I checked Google review before I come and the score was not encouraging, but my experience was great!

Lovely people behind the counter! All 3 ladies were serving customers with a smile. The queue was long and it did not stop them to be patient and answer customers' queires.

The nicest post office in Sydney! Everybody are so helpful and smiling! I have never had any problems with even challenging tasks they are always happy to help. I have used this post office for more than 30 years.

I have been using this post office for over 1 year, and once you get to know everyone they are genuinely the nicest people, always professional, knowledgeable.

My mum and I went to have our passport pictures taken at the post-office. A lady named , Vandana, served us and she had the patience of an angel. She ensured we were happy with our pictures (helping us take them more than once) and was always polite and patient, without an ounce of bother. Thank you for your kind words and help!

We were late and store got closed but staffs were so kind and patient to help us with our postage. They even stayed longer to complete our job with no rush.
Umpai helped me and checked whether any of the items I am sending overseas are prohibited in the destination country.
We had an interstate postage also, which Vandana helped us with packaging herself.
There was a man also waiting patiently for us to lock the door behind us.

I regularly use this post office for my work. Have had no issue at all, except that it is crowded pretty often, especially at openning, lunch time and around 4PM before it closes. Staff are helpful and friendly.

A very busy Post Office, but I have always been served quickly and competently.

This post office is one of the busiest in Sydney. That said I found the staff very knowledgeable and effective.
