Coles Macquarie Centre

Can't complain. It's clean. Has wide isles. Loads of good quality items and fairly decent sales.

The best customer service I have received at coles. I recently moved to Macquarie park and this became my local shop. The staff are always super friendly at checkout even at late times. The selection is large since it is a large store and has great deals that you can’t find in the smaller locations.

We always have a great customer service and experience at Coles Macquarie and a special shout out to a staff named Anjali, who has shown great empathy and customer service everytime we got served by her. Keep up the good work team!

It is a very large Coles, with a lot of items and specialty areas (e.g. seafood, butcher).

The most friendly and hospitable large grocery there is. Staffed very well with both high quality and very available people very eager to be of service. Nice selection of frozen/refrigerated plant based meals.

I had nick serve me at the self checkout, they had long curly hair in a single ponytail with black rimmed glasses on Tuesday 10/01 around 2:15 pm. I had a lot of gift cards and didn't know how to use them, my old age has taken over my abilities to properly navigate through these new systems. Nick was very kind and helpful to me with everything and even beautifully arranged my items on the trolley. I was so delighted by this that I almost shed a tear. Kind people like Nick should exist in every corner of the world.

Is well maintained and clean most if not all the times. Stock is replenished rightly. Staff are good to talk to and willing to help. More options available for most things. I would like to see whole meal/ sourdough Vienna added to the fresh bakery section please. Was able to get it at other Coles Stores

It was a bit confusing to begin with as not my local, but wow, it has everything, butcher, deli, seafood counter, and staff very happy to cut up some more meat if needed. Better yet no Colleen in sight.
Just keeps getting better, Butchers shop cant help people enough. Brilliant.

Annette - service supervisor saw me alone with my son in a pram and gave me a quick check out. Even ensuring my fly buys was scanned. Great service can really make your day. Thank you.

A great place to shop! Amazing variety and very clean and welcoming atmosphere. Helpful layout and polite and friendly staff.

Pros:
Big shop. Perfect location. Every thing is good price here. Indian foods are tasty and fresh. Always offers going on. Staffs are agile and good. Good collection of cheese. Lots of varieties to choose from.

Cons:
Don't keep Indian curries in this branch. Or else rest is good.

I love the checkout people. I am the double vaxxed go for in our home and the bag packing is difficult for me as I have a fracture in my lower back. They pack most of my bags for me and never complain if I am a bit slow. I went to BWS next to Woollies and the young boy went from looking at his phone to checking out my wine and then back to his phone. No help, no offer of help, And downright rude.

The best Staff ever. Super helpful regardless how ridiculous the assistance needed. Worth going all the way there just to shop. Especially helping me get my groceries to the car. Seriously incredibly group of people.

My favourite indoor shopping centre. Multi level, and a newish annex featuring all the established retailers, and most of the new ones. Kathmandu, Uniqlo, Zara, H&M, Sephora, Forever 21, Witchery, Susan, Godfreys, Woolies, BWS, Coles, Shaver Shop, Target, Prouds, Michael Hill, ALDI, Daiso, and massage clinics....the list goes on and on......Banks, cafes, restaurants, bakeries, butchers, fresh seafood, veggies, even Asian roast ducks. Ample parking over multiple levels and areas......you could get easily lost!
Put aside at least two hours, three if you want to eat too. A great way to spend you leisure time and do your shopping.

Like shopping here esp on weekdays when it's not too crowded. You can find most grocery items here. It is about 6 and a half years young this Coles, and most of the staff are friendly. One who stands out in particular is Sam, she is very helpful and friendly.
