Universal Store

Literally the BEST customer experience I’ve ever had in a store. Not only were the staff amazing and friendly, but they were so helpful. They were very attentive and helped me get my correct sizes, and recommended some items that I would like. The quality of the clothes her is amazing. Thank you so much, Chloe and Casey for an awesome experience <3

Went in on the 27th / 12 / 2023. The place was pretty busy, long lines etc. Working in retail before I understand how hard it can be to be attentive to customers when they are needing help / buying a few items.

The manager Casey saw I was deciding about some cargos and puffers, she instantly helped me, nice conversation and even went around the store to find certain clothes when I was being picky and I can be an annoying shopper.

Even when the store hadn't what I wanted in stock, she ordered them for me and was overall a fantastic help for some post Christmas shopping. thankyou for all the help!

this place is just out of this world. i walk in and it feels euphoric my grandmas wheel chair broke on the way in and all the staff helped me carry my grandmother and put clothes on her. we were there for 2 hours trying things on - we left the change room a mess and the wheelchair in the store but the staff were great. ended up buying nothing tho, wasn’t grandmas style

Great experience shopping. Great brands here. All high quality clothing. What made it great was the staff. Friendly and helpful. A very different shopping experience compared to some other stores.

I had the best experience today trying to find a pair of jeans. I had been to so many stores and couldn’t find anything but Alice was absolutely amazing and found me the most perfect pair of jeans. 12/10 customer service. Definitely will come back anytime I need help!

I personally don’t shop here, but every time I’ve walked in with someone who does the staff here have never failed to greet us and offer assistance. Today it was quiet when I walked in and was able to have lovely conversation with some of the staff. Even when they’re really busy their service and friendliness is always top notch. I’ve experienced the same thing at the Castle Towers location, Universal know how to pick their employees. Thank you!

One of the best shopping experiences I have ever had in Sydney. I should have asked for all staff member names who helped me. Amanda and the whole crew on Saturday were very very polite, welcoming, helpful and caring. I could also sense a great teamwork among the whole crew. I loved the sales team, the music, the shirts collection and the whole good vibe within this store. It’s on top of my favourite stores now! Will definitely come back!

I visited the Macquarie store for the first time today. I was looking for T-shirt’s for my son. Just as I was wondering where to begin I was approached by Jasper who proceeded to offer his assistance.
Jasper was very knowledgeable and quickly pinpointed what could work and went and chose a few options.
So thanks Jasper for your product knowledge and the T-shirts were a perfect fit and my son loved the prints and colours.

Great customer service. I just went in to browse for skirts and was immediately welcomed by friendly staff who had also given me great assistance and selections of skirts that I loved.

Came in for a holiday outfit and left with an outfit for everyday. Jasper knows his stuff. Really great service!!

Very grateful to have been served by Tom last week who was a massive help finding the perfect festival outfits for my boyfriend and I. he was super helpful and really knew what he was talking about. Service at this store was awesome

I just wanted to say thank you to the lovely ladies that helped me out today, i came in around 2-3PM on Tuesday. I really really appreciate and applaud the service i got, I struggle with getting clothes my size and absolutely hate shopping, the two ladies that day picked out everything they could and made me feel so comfortable and pretty. 10/10 customer service !

I had visited your store to purchase a gift for my friends daughters 18th birthday.
I was not too sure what to get and I was served by a young girl Rianna, who was very helpful, and very patient with me as I tried to decide on my purchase.
The forefront of any business is their staff and products.
I would not hesitate to go back there again.
Your lovely welcoming staff make it a pleasure to shop there.

I visited the store today and seemed extremely busy, I was served by a beautiful young lady, Rhianna who went out of her way to help me despite the chaos around her. The staff are great! Loved the dress I purchased.
