Pros:
Good descent shop. Staffs are really good. Tasted an awesome coffee flavoured liquor and it was awesome -25% alcohol. Staffs are good to give me free beer too as samples- wow. Prices are fair. I get discounts if u buy using egift cards. Timings are good. Variety is wide and you can chose from a span of craft beers and whiskeys and wines. Location is perfect as it's on the food floor of Macquarie center.

Cons:
Should keep beer glasses for sale.

Despite the busy-ness of Macquarie centre this time of year I’m never stressed when I go to BWS…
Staff work well together and manage to be friendly despite it all… Isobel is very helpful and welcoming…
I recommend this bottle shop to everyone…. Very good…

Nice selection of wines and beers. Service is good and staff is always friendly. They just improved their service by marking vegan wines with a special label, this is highly appreciated!

Workers there are all friendly, it was quite a surprise when I spotted the Uji-greentea umeshu on sale here; even Dan Murphys don't stock them in the stores. The staff that served me when I purchased the bottle was friendly and enthusiastic.

I was denied purchase because I forgot my ID. Even so, the staff recommended me a few different ciders for future purchase. Staff was very friendly and remembered me when I came back later. Excellent service and excellent recommendation.

Staff are always friendly here, with a decent selection of wines and beers. There are specials on every week, which can make the prices reasonable.

Big BWS store with a lot of varient types of liquor. There are small bottles of whisky if you do not want to purchse a 700ml or 1l bolle.
