Kmart Macquarie

Came here a couple of weeks ago about 20 minutes before closing time and a young guy at the service desk (ladies at the checkout said it was Aiden working so I hope that's right!) He took the time to look out the back for the last popcorn machine in stock and was super friendly and helpful! It's annoying when customers come in late when you are trying to go home but he was so happy to help, amazing customer service thank you 😊

The service was great but what really stood out was the security at the front i think his name was adam! Was super friendly and nice and checked our reciept and bags fast and thoroughly 🔥 he was friendly and a fun staff member to chat with

Aaron and Jack in the camera centre are AMAZING. I printed some items for work, however the quality didn't reproduce as I'd expected it to. The team listened to my concerns, and prioritised to fix it for me. They identified the issue, and worked to fix the items because they wanted the best outcome also.
They were honest, responsive, attentive and determined to fix it to give a great customer outcome. It worked - thanks Aaron and Jack!

I was shopping in Macquarie last week and was helped by the most amazing staff. I was greeted by a staff member named Nerida at the door who was so kind and friendly. I informed her that I’ll be purchasing several items and I’d need to be back and forth. She was lovely enough to provide trolleys and mind my items when I needed her to.
Ruth was amazing! She helped me gather and scan 4 trolleys worth of products with a warm smile and even helped me walk them out! I also had a great experience with a staff member that went out the back several times to get me products that weren’t on the shelves! Unfortunately I didn’t get his name but he was so helpful!
Thank you all so much for all being so professional and friendly. You all made my morning and experience at Kmart smooth and productive.

I want to give a massive shoutout to Teagan who worked on Monday 2nd October. Considering it was a long weekend, she dealt with customers with great patience and professionalism. Very rare to see such customer service now a days. Thank you and all the best best to you!

Amazing customer service, I’ve ordered printed logo mugs, they were super helpful and I could get them a lot earlier than expected time which I was so grateful .

Exceptional customer service excellent help finding items such as bedding and more,a truely great store with happy staff members which were happy to help me shop. Especially from a staff member called Charlie even though he was really busy with online orders he still found the time to provide me with assistance during the busy Saturday rush

The Baby section of Kmart Macquarie is the most stocked I’ve ever seen a Kmart. A great selection of things I honestly didn’t know Kmart sold!

Whilst we were shopping, Barbara was busy working on price tags and filling more spots in the Baby section with more goods. She was very pleasant too, I have to say.

Best experience ever!
This morning I went to this Kmart and was greeted by the nicest employee. They were so energetic and it made feel welcomed.
On the way out they asked what my pronouns were. I have never been asked and was so happy to be (I'm usually misgendered in public).

Thanks to that person my day has become substantially better. :)

Rauno at customer service deserves recognition for being an outstanding member of your retail store.

I stood in line waiting for 5 customers in front of me (and 5 after me) all to be served by just one person, Rauno. He was one of the most efficient shop assistants I have seen in a long time. Not flustered by the long line, dealt with every customer efficiently and politely.

When it was my turn he was able to help me with my somewhat unusual request to change my photo print order from same day service to next day pick up, adjusting the price and job accordingly. It saves me having to go back to the machine and redo the whole thing (to upload 107 photos took me 25 minutes already and my parking was about to expire). I would like to commend Rauno for his work and I hope this feedback gets recognised by his manager. Thank you.

I was at Macquarie today and had trouble finding a product, a very professional and nice employee who was extremely busy went out of her way to help me find the product that I was looking for. She was very Knowledgeable on where in the store my product was and even recommended a couple of other products and how to set it up. It is great to see what kind and professional employees are produced from this store. Thank you Milica for your amazing service today.

Been to Kmart Macquarie 3 days in a row - I am so impressed with the staff and service. Starting with the very pleasant gentleman at the door, to the young guy in the toy section and the ladies at the Service desk - all very pleasant, helpful and so obliging. Well done and thank you.

Not sure if new management has taken over but this Kmart has to be the most well stocked and neatly organised Kmart I’ve ever seen. The same guy at the front is there every time I go and he always gives a great “WELCOME TO KMART”. Well done staff!!!

Much better than the previously closed target, INCREDIBLEY CHEAP deals and prices like Jeans for $1, boots for $2 E.T.C. ALWAYS check for a discount because there is usually a pretty large one! It's like a KMART megamall I Highly recommend and will/have been going back!

I was looking for the Lego Techinic Mclaren Senna GTR set online as I could not find the set in Macquarie, and I had contacted Kmart and this lovely young employee, Erin, was able to help find the set for me without any trouble. Yesterday I went into Kmart to find a charging bank for my phone because my phone was going flat. I asked multiple members of staff that showed me one for $60 and one for $30. I asked a worker named Emily if she knew where I could find a cheap one and she told me there was one up the back that was $14. I was so grateful that she went up the back to find it and brought it back. She then cut the packaging off for me and she even said that this once happened to her too. Emily was one of the most helpful workers I’ve ever been served by anywhere. I’d rlly like to thank her if she see’s this. You were a lifesaver emily! You should be really proud
