Delicious coffee and food! We were here on a public holiday weekend, the place was pumping but still got our food reasonably fast and service was friendly. We had the avocado toast, keto breakfast, açai bowl and a chocolate/peanut butter vegan cheesecake. Everything was great!

A very small cafe with the most amazing coffee and food in town. The coffee was amazing always and the sourdough muffins were my favourite ❤. Definitely recommend this place. I never wanted to have coffee elsewhere.

The only down side might be that the cafe is abit small so if you want to sit inside you have to wake up abit more earlier to make it lol

Such a delightful team here who make you welcome and love to have a laugh. Little cafe positioned slightly of the main road but supper good walking distance to the main strip. The food is amazing, fresh, homely, and fulfilling. If you are looking for food direct from Mother Nature this is the place to go. It’s rare to go for breakfast only to leave feeling comfortably full and satisfied. Well done to the team here for the care and love that they put into there meals and service.

I appreciate the effort they put into the menu ie no seed oils or refined sugar & the cakes display is fun!
I had the keto breakfast which as you can see was just a small amount of scrambled eggs & some avocados…(halloumi was a $6 add on.)
The presentation of the food was beautiful! My husband had the avo toast and it was SUBLIME! So if you’re going for breakfast-GET THAT!
The scrambled eggs on all 4 dishes were way over done but we did smell toast burning before our food was brought out so maybe the chef was distracted 🤪 I like my eggs soft & just cooked through, these were dry & actually chewy.
The coffees were ok, they could have been hotter & stronger & guys- please make the same effort in making a takeaway coffee with as much love and art as a dine in because we all notice & can taste the love (or lack of) there’s a sign saying 50c off for byo take away cups but we weren’t given the discount…not a big deal but if you advertise it, get the staff to remember 😅
Overall an enjoyable (if not pricey) breakfast. Wouldn’t go for the coffee…still on the hunt for an amazing one in Apollo Bay!

As agent Cooper said, "that is a damn fine cup of coffee". I love a cafe that supports local artists (hangs their work).
If you can help the wonderful staff by bringing your dishes in from outside, that would help stop the remains fron blowing away in the wind!

Quality little spot! Great coffee with brilliant food menu. Proper portion sizes and breakfast. It was really nice to be outside as well in some sunshine on a table mid-winter enjoying Apollo Bay fresh air. This place is a winner!

Recently stopped by here for lunch during our road trip and we were so glad that we chose this place. Everyone enjoyed their meals and coffee was great! I wouldn’t normally order a vegan pancake but it was delicious! Highly recommend this place if you happen to be looking for a place to eat in Apollo Bay!

Beautiful way to start our day. The food was well cooked and tastes great. Nice and toasty for a sunny winters morning. We hadn’t had the best food experience at Apollo Bay but Icaro really hit the spot. The staff were welcoming and friendly too.

The staff was extremely friendly and the food.....dont even get me started on food. I absolutely loved the food. I ordered The Avo and it was hands down the best avo smash I've ever had. Definitely recommend for breakfast if you're staying in Apollo Bay or happen to pass from the town.

Excellent vegan options here! Its busy but the service is great. The people are lovely and the food and coffees are delicious.
We had the tufu rachero, and summer bowl. Large servings and very tasty.

Usually I am not a big fan of vegan or vegetarian food but this place hits the spot.
The coffee is nice and the dishes are delish.
It is also very easy to start conversation with other costumer while enjoying your meal.
The place is set up so that you talk to other people and I quite like that, only 2 big tables and a few bar chairs inside and 2 tables outside.

Best breakfast in town. We always go there when we are in Apollo Bay. We love the vegan options. Coffee is amazing too. Very friendly staff. Always feel welcome

Pretty good vegan food as a meat lover myself. Had the Asian bowl which i really enjoyed as a bibimbap! And they support good social causes too locally.

Had a lovely time at Icaro! The staff were all very friendly and seemed to really enjoy working together. I ordered a long black and the mushroom dish. They use St Ali coffee and make an excellent cup! The mushrooms were nicely flavoured and the serving was generous and filling. There was a great vibe, I enjoyed the late 90s-early 00s tunes that were pumping too!

Definitely the best food in Apollo Bay. Their sushi bowl is very healthy and yummy too. Mushroom latte is the 'Must have' in this cafe. Also their dessert is yummy and satisfy for our trip. Staff are very friendly. Sitting allowed outside but very limited. Plenty of parking nearby. Get in early for this cafe.

Top start to my day - nourishing vegetarian The Avo (I add an egg) and the tea is freshly brewed and ample. And nice sidewalk vibe.
Bread is just white sour dough so high GI. For wellness a multigrain or rye would be better.

Little store. The food was good, and the deco was cozy and warm. Would be a good choice for you in Apollo Bay.
