Pet Town

Best place in town. We spent almost an hour studying and learning the type of puppy that we want to adopt and the staff were undoubtedly super supportive and helpful. Hands-on experience with the pets is the best part of this store unlike other pet shops. Prices are also competitive compared to others. 🐶

This is a well-loved pet store in Castle Towers selling a range of different animals such as snails, fish, birds, rabbits, guinea pigs, cats and dogs. I came here the other day to pick up a Siamese Fighting Fish which was gifted to me by a friend. We received expert advice and a take home care sheet which detailed exactly how to prepare and care for our new pet. The store itself is very welcoming with friendly and helpful staff. There is a puppy pen at the front where there will occasionally be adorable animals running around.

I loved their castle hill and Chatswood location, the staff when I went there to buy my puppy almost a yr ago were so friendly.

I love visiting this pet store.

Good staff and good dogs :) I got my first pup here 15 years ago and she was an absolute angel dog. She just passed sadly but was very healthy almost right up to the end. Just bought another dog here over the weekend and love him! He's beautiful and the staff called next day to make sure all was OK. They also included a free vet health check for him :)

We have bought our puppy from here, Angie was fantastic, she always is willing to help us with lots of questions (I am a first-time dog owner). we are very glad for having such a caring staff in Pet town Castle hill. You are the best.

I just had the most helpful and informative phone call with Tyler from Castle Hill Pet town!
She so passionately gave me a run of how mum and dad dogs are pure bred to make their cross breeds, how the owner goes and collects all new litters from 20 year strong breeders, himself to spend time with puppies first. She further explained about KGs of a dog in certain spaces and creating independence with your new pup. My gosh, I cannot imagine a better team member in a pet store.

Further more, Tyler proudly explained that pet town is not a “pet shop” more a breeder rep with a shop front, the care that is taken to ensure ethical practise was astonishing. This was explained after I voiced my concern about ‘pet shop stigma’

I have recently bought my puppy from Pet Town,Castle Hill. I have always been sceptical of buying a puppy from a pet store but honestly Chloe E and Angie were fantastic and put my mind at rest by answering many questions and providing all the necessary paperwork related to vet checks, the breeder and vaccination etc etc. Chloe E followed up for the next 2 days to find out if my pup was eating and if I had any questions or concerns. Both Chloe E and Angie were so helpful and knowledgeable throughout the process, which made the entire experience an easy and worry-free one for us. Our puppy is adorable and we feel fortunate to have had such wonderful, caring people at Castle Hill Pet Town to help us through the process of purchasing a new pet.

We have bought a bunny from here as well as our 2 dogs. Angie is so helpful and friendly and knows a lot. We have always been greeted with friendly staff and have found that the staff always have time for us and are willing to help and answer any questions

Adopted two beautiful puppies from this store! The staff is young and great and up to date very helpful! Explained every breed to me to help me choose the right pups for me and I absolutely love them ! Going back to adopt a third ! Great place recommend it for everyone

We asked to be called when new cats appeared and they called up when some appeared. They were very patient with spending time with the pets. The prices seem quite high, but we were told this is what the breeder was asking for.

Great shop, all their breeders are PIAA approved so no puppy farms which is fatastic, don't know what these other reviews saying otherwise are about. Very helpful and keen to share their knowledge so you don't leave the store with any questions. Highly recommend if for all your pet needs.

Chloe was so knowledgeable, helpful, friendly and welcoming. She assisted me with all my questions and knew the answers to everything. This girl is an encyclopaedia! Will definitely be coming back!

Great little Pet Shop this one. Always has a good little range of pets and pet supplies. I've always found what I've needed and the staff have been extremely helpful and informative when necessary. Great job guys. I would highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a pet or something pet related.

I have bought two water mystery snails from here the staff have always been lovely and very helpful. They have always answered any questions about the snails I had. Staff very helpful would recommend coming here

Came in today thinking of getting a pet dog for my partner, the staff were great. They let me know when more dogs were coming so I had a wider range to choose from. 👍

Found Pet Town to be one of the best places to buy a puppy from , the dogs are well chosen beforehand and the temperaments are great for a family , the whole shop went out of its way to ensure I was looked after and my puppy has now turned out to be the best friend for me and the family ,You can buy a puppy anywhere , but when you buy from Pet town you are getting a family member , and it is true when they say a pet is for life

Good selection of products. May be a touch pricey but is probably as rxpected. Staff are friendly and helpful.
