I'm very happy with Dr Joshi. She is thorough and goes that extra step to ensure you are in good health. She is also listens to me.

Dr Jaime and her assistant are amazing. My son had a fantastic experience. She patiently explained the whole procedure for my son. My son left the clinic with a big smile on his face.

Highly recommend Dr Chan - I have worked with a lot of doctors in my professional career and feel that Dr Chan is incredibly professional, provides excellent explanations, never dismissive rather listens carefully to your concerns no matter how big or small and professionally and compassionately navigates a treatment plan.

I have noted reviews re the clinic not keeping to time - I have not had this experience with Dr Chan as I can see she has great time management. On one occasion Dr Chan asked me to raise a concern at a different time, this is out of respect for other clients waiting for their consult and also would ensure a thorough consultation.

The reception staff are also very polite and pleasant - thank you to them especially during a tricky time working in the health sector.

Excellent care Excellent staff. Being a healthcare professional myself, Dr Suri has looked after my family for years and we are so happy with his professionalism. Yes, sometimes you have to wait, but that's because they got delayed looking after more urgent matters. Highly recommended.

Dr Lam has been so patient and kind to me. After a long history of avoiding the doctor, he has made me feel confident seeing a GP again. He lets me ask questions, is honest and is always receptive and reassuring. I have just moved about 45 minutes away but I will continue to visit him.

Dr Lam has been treating my whole family for many years. In particular my mother and myself. He is a fantastic Dr and very patient, he ensures he has all of the information before providing a diagnosis and/or care plan. He does not make you feel uncomfortable or rushed so on the occasions where there may be a wait it is always worth it as you know he has been taking the same care with his previous patients.The reception staff are friendly and helpful, in particular Sandra and Michaela. JUSTIN LI-Exercise Physiologist-For the last nearly 11 yrs I am working in a field where it is quite physically strenuous.So I have a over used right shoulder muscle, I do get cramps quite often due to excessive long hours standing and less consumption of water and more over few varicose veins here and there. Recently I had a inflammation of the Illiotibial band due to over stressed of my right knee.
I was so fortunate accidantly to come across this new Exercise Physiologist. He was very young compared to all the other expert Professional very high qualified Physio’s whom I have been over the years.
He had the patience to listen to me and he truly asked whether I like to continue with the same job ?When I told him that I love and adore my job then he quickly made a plan for me to comfortably survival in my job by strengthening my muscles and my flexibility.
I truly, honestly liked his commitment, idea or the attitude towards that.
The plan he made has addressed my problem areas.
The uniqueness in the Physiologist what I saw and gathered was unlike others he addressed overall problem areas. If it was another therapist would have asked me to come many more sessions. Looked after his patient so well. Very honest and did an awesome job with the plan and also with by demonstrating the exercises.
Therefore I could recommend Justin Li from this Medical Centre. Donot judge a book by its cover. Very young but a through knowledge about his subject matter. Infact I mentioned this to the lady at the counter, Sandra about his uniqueness.

I found Dr Chan really thorough and helpful (and on time!). It’s great you can book online & having pathology on site is very convenient too. Clean and modern clinic.

Thank you Dr Rahul Suri, once again i am very pleased with the service from the practice and yourself personally. I always come out feeling better.

I have Sinus Infection problem, see a lot doctor and took different antibiotic cannot fix.
Jenny He judge it as Anaerobic bacteria from her experience.she let me take Metronidazole and Ciprofloxacin drop.just 3 days later，I feeling much better now and I believe I will be recover.

我有严重的慢性鼻窦炎伴随严重头疼，看了很多医生，吃了头孢，阿莫西林，左氧氟沙星等抗生素，用了各种鼻喷剂，均无效。Jenny何娟医生以她丰富的经验判断是厌氧菌引起可能性，使用了甲硝唑口服+环丙沙星喷鼻。这个方法正在生效，三天后我感觉好了许多。非常感谢何医生的帮助。
