Have been seeing Dr Lee for over 20 years now. He often runs late but that’s because he’s very thorough. He’s worth the wait. I trust him completely through years of experience looking after my health. My kids see him now too.

Booked over the phone which the receptionist was helpful as it was my first booking. The doctor was great and took his time to listen and help me out . So glad I found somewhere local as I was driving an hour to go back to my GP that I have been seeing for years

A huge shout out to Dr. Ash Obaid. I went to this place after visiting a couple of other dental centres and was not happy with my dental filling. Dr. Obaid listened to my concerns carefully and did a tooth refilling for my cavity which resolved the pain and sensation issues I had. Other doctors I visited, had suggested root canal for this issue. I am writing this review 3 months later. The fix seems to work perfectly.

We have been seeing Doctor Emerson for a really long time and he is great. Always prompt (sometimes even early!) and always happy to see his patients. Would highly recommend seeing him!

Caring experienced doctors and helpful staff. Be prepared to call and check your time before you go.

Overall had a good experience. Booking was simple, reception was welcoming and friendly, and Dr was very caring and asked thorough questions for diagnosis. Parking was available close by, Would definitely recommend this practice.

Booked online and I was early 30mins for the appointment , waited 1hr and was told there are still 3 patients before me, I should have called 30mins ago to check whereabout of Dr, or booked online or reschedule . Seriously?

Met a horrible doctor ( New male Dr.his name is "Pancar" not sure if its right spelling) appointment at 12.15pm waited an hour. Dr. Check my daughter just only a min!!! No explanations.I had to ask!! asked receptionist while we were waiting. She was not happy. Really horrible experience. Rude and not welcoming. They don't care their patients. Not recommended.
Receptionist :old lady : 20/02/23 at 12:15 this job is not suit you. Back home to look after your grands!

Understanding that these are difficult times, my reception experience was horrible and distressing . Terrible communication and extremely poor listening skills at reception who are all too happy to dismiss what the patient may be saying or requesting. Absolute arrogance. Very sad about the entire experience.

I wouldnt even bother trying this practice. Sat waiting for my appointment for over an hour at 8:45am to be told the doctor is running over an hour late. At 8:45am in the morning?? The receptionist said he always runs late. Waste of time. After waiting over an hour I left without even seeing a doctor.

Was misdiagnosed. Went in with bad stomach cramps, asking for a stool sample to be done. Was told it wasn't needed and that it was most likely viral. He had bloods taken instead. 4 days later, symptoms still the same, went to different doctor who took stool and diagnosed as salmonella. On antibiotics now but could have been cured by now.

No longer bulk bill, will find another GP when current dr retires.

Saw a female doctor there, was very rude and condescending. Would avoid if possible.
