Bunnings Valley Heights

The staff were very kind and friendly. The staff went out of their way to get me 10 bags of potting mix and compost which was still in the loading dock.
They then helped put it in the car for me.
This is not unusual I have always found Bunnings staff to be very helpful and courteous. Thank you

I had to replace a pump for our water tank. I know nothing about water pumps. A knowledgeable and very helpful gentleman called John assisted me. I always get great service and assistance at Bunnings, but this gentleman went above and beyond to ensure I got the right pump and knew what I was doing. I've now installed the pump and it's working perfectly.

Great source of advice and info. Also hired a ute here to get rid of some green waste. The staff were great as the previous hirer was a bonehead. He returned it late, rather dirty and not refueled. The Bunnings side of the process was easy.

Amazingly helpful, friendly staff in general store and professional knowledge in timber store both areas extremely well stocked.
No need to look elsewhere save time and money. Thanks all, I enjoyed the experience.

Not a full sized Bunnings store so the range is a bit more limited than the larger stores but the service is excellent. The staff are very helpful and friendly. Yes you can actually find staff in this store. Easy parking and pick-up with minimal waiting time to be served. The add bonus of the Bunnings trade store being only 200 metres away too.

Great little store! Not your usual Bunnings Barn where you get a good long walk through 55 aisles of hardware goodies!! Small & compact it feels like you're in the country. Not such a long walk but it's a lot more compacted into a smaller space. Lovely quick friendly service, plenty of parking, well worth a visit.

Staff are always cheerful and helpful. I have been going to this Bunnings for years I can't always find what I need but for a local Bunning store always great and helpful service. Staff often go out of their way to help find a solution or recommend an alternative. They have bee especially great during covid19 despite witnessing some very rude customer behaviour they always remain calm and try to be helpful. Professionally trying to keep themselves and the customers safe and follow government guidlines. They have just recently expanded I am sure that this will permit them in the future to provide more varied products

Despite being a comparatively small store this store has nearly everything a home handy person needs and is worth a try before traveling further. In addition to its wide range of building requirements such as screws, nails etc, the customer service is useful pleasant, polite and helpful.

My house needs a bit of work, and I went to this Bunnings and low and behold a staff member offered to rebuild my entire house! I was ecstatic after the offer and ended buying as many plants as could fit into my car. Would not fault, after all it is a Bunnings.

Not as big as the 2 penrith ones

This is the cutest little Bunnings that I have ever been to, about half the size of the metropolitan Bunnings' that I usually go to. It was the only one open within a reasonable driving distance on ANZAC day when I desperately needed to replace my kitchen tap

Small as Bunnings go but have most things the average person needs.. update... have added a whole other store across the road for timber, fencing etc... not so small any more..
