Alex from the reception team was excellent, so helpful, professional and a wonderful asset to your team. She was fantastic.
Overall my experience has been brilliant, your hotel is represented by such a wonderful team of people, from the reception team to the breakfast team to the cleaning team who maintain the high level of presentation at your establishment.

I was invited for an event and decided to book a room. The room was clean, beautiful and with plenty of room.
The staff were friendly, professional and very welcoming.
I would not hesitate to stay there again.
Oh and the buffet breakfast was fantastic.

This place was amazing. Could not have been better. The pool was warm and indoors so great for a hot sunny day. There was a kids room and playground set up for the school holidays (and a free lolly and slushy station). The breakfast had a flavoursome variety. The hash browns were so crispy. The pancake station, freshly made pancakes and a Nutella fountain. 10/10 (as told to me by my nephews and niece).

Beautiful location with Amazing Reception Staff !
Nothing was too much trouble for the Lovely Ladies on Reception and at the Gazebo !.
Plenty of places to look around in the area.
Place was clean and immaculate.
Free Lolly station and Slushy Station.
Indoor pool was nice and clean and the spa was nice as well.
Will definitely return again and Definitely Recommend this beautiful place.

Fantastic stay. Good location. The staff were all very friendly, helpful and went above and beyond. Our room was very clean, spacious and had everything we needed. The view from our room was lovely. Breakfast was great and it was so nice to be given a Barista made coffee as soon as we arrived at breakfast. We'll be back. I would highly recommend the Hotel.

The place was beautiful and perfect for our little weekend away. We were served by a lovely woman named Ashleigh at the desk and she was absolutely delightful and extremely helpful. I had a couple odd questions and she answered them all with energy and enthusiasm. Someone like that clearly loves being here and evidence of a well run business too! Thank you Ashleigh.

We had a lovely Christmas stay at Crowne. Thank you Jenny for taking such good care of us. **Edited. After our second evening at the hotel I have to add that the staff really make this place somewhere special. Every staff member was well trained, professional, helpful and seemed genuinely happy to be there. The service was exceptional - and while I mentioned Jenny specifically and all were amazing.

We celebrated our 50 year wedding anniversary here and I'm glad we made the right choice.
It is one of the most comfortable quite accommodating and friendly places we've been to. I would like to mention in particular three members of the staff who made our stay great, and by going out of the their way to help us. They are Paris on the front desk, Darcy and Molly in the restaurants.
If you could allow me to just give you a small plug to perfect your resort. That is the breakfast in the Gazebo could do with some green salads, vegies and cheeses, and maybe smoked salmon. That would make breakfast time just perfect. Thankyou ❤

Great place for Weddings/Receptions and plenty of rooms with pool access, gym and outdoor water fountain in a pond situated out the front great for taking family photos or a midnight stroll.

Want to thank Alex for looking after us upon reception, appreciate the candid staff and the breakfast buffet was awesome!

I had a beautiful stay here whilst participating in a nearby retreat. The biggest standout was the personable service. I felt at home and well looked after throughout. Special shout out to the amazing Julie and Ashleigh who went above and beyond!

We always love staying at the Crowne Plaza in the Hawkesbury Valley. The staff are always friendly and professional, and we get a room with a balcony overlooking the valley.
We particularly love the indoor pool, sauna and spa. Its a great way to start our day, followed by breakfast in the dining room.
A wonderful break away and not far to travel.

We had a good stay in the hotel last weekend. I booked last-minute , the hotel was busy and fully booked due to a wedding and business event but the staff were able and so kind to accommodate us a quiet room which was great. The room was nicely renovated and convenient. Breakfast buffet was good with some nice a la carte options for eggs. Every staff member we met was very friendly and helpful.

My first time in Australia. Absolutely loved this hotel. The location and hotel grounds are just fantastic with an excellent well maintained swimming pool. The breakfast in the gazebo is a must if you stay at this hotel. The lady that greets people at the door for breakfast was absolutely fantastic she went well above and beyond what anyone could expect to make my experience wonderful. Can’t wait to go back

Our family had a wonderful stay! The kids enjoyed the pool and all the activities. The family getaway package is really a good deal. Our kids wanted to extend our stay. We will definitely be back.

The staff are AMAZING!
Julie Jackson (and the person on reception today) were so welcoming and provided simply AMAZING service. They looked after my mum and my wife so well that they will not stop raving about it and how well we were looked after on a random last minute picnic on the grounds.

Thank you so much. I cannot recommend them higher and cannot think of better service received at any hotel. This is also not the only time. We come back because the staff are amazing every visit.

The staff are very friendly warm and welcoming. Love the range of milk alternatives for the hot chocolate, they are a nice party of a really good breakfast. Overall really enjoyed the stay.

Absolutely love everything about this place. From the gorgeous rooms, decor and the grounds...to wonderful staff and extra comfy beds. Extremely clean. The food was just lovey. I felt like we were on a little mini holiday. Will definitely come back! Highly recommend it.

I booked to have my work's company wide at the Crowne Plaza Hawkesbury Valley and can I just say what a spectacular site! this was my first time there and the surroundings were beautiful. We had our event in the Richmond Room and the lovely Mary-Rose was our Event Coordinator for the day. She was attentive, lovely to all the guests, made the event run smoothly and was a delight. The food was great and fresh and the venue had gret facilities. We will definitely host our work events here in the future.

It is only an hour away from Syndey yet it really gives that peaceful little regional town feeling. The gaden and grounds of the hotel are beautiful and well kept. The room was clean and had smart tv sith netflix! The bathroom is on the smaller side but I guess thats what you get for the base level room. Food here is ok with breakfast time being a bit hectic on the weekends. Bilpin Cider only few minutes drive away is worth checking out as well.

Our only regret was not having spare time to enjoy the indoor pool and playground.

We booked family getaway package, our little one ate free and loved the menu...the kids spaghetti is really really good!
