Great service at the checkout by Louise, I try and see if she’s in when I do my shopping.
I hope she enjoyed her break and ears stopped bleeding from the lady who didn’t stop talking.

Clean and bright. Staff are always very helpful andverypleasant. Very rarely do we find they're out of stock of what we are after. Their dairy products are kept in good condition compared with other stores in the greater area (we haven't had milk go off prior to the use by date)

Number one place to shop Woolworths Richmond and Windsor all ways have stock and fresh.

Can we pls put some asian stuffs in Richmond woolies? Filipino stuffs specifically 😊 I always do my shopping in Richmond woolies every week but I have to travel all the way to Jordan spring woolies just to get my Filipino coffee. Wondering why none in Richmond woolies but some branches got some. It will be very helpful if Richmond woolies can also put some Asian stuffs in ur aisle section. I believed there’s a lot of Filipinos in Richmond area and we will really appreciate it if the store can put some up some for us.😊 Thank you 🙏

Huge shop, great variety.

Great place to shop. Staff are always nice and polite. That's what I thought until today, most of the staff are really great, I was mislead by a tag on an item, so was charged more than I thought, then the girl said ill do it for you but we don't have to give refunds on change of mind, when she clearly knew it was mislabelled, the belligerence was so profound it was deafening, she didn't need to make that statement, then another came and said ill do a refund, wonderful, but a guy next to me had to throw in his 2 cents worth and threw $2 across the counter and says, there's more problems in the world than this, he's right, but mind your own business showing off in front of the girls trying to pick a fight with a 63yo man that's had more surgery than you can poke a stick at, it should have never been a drama in the first place, some people should not work in customer service. A big 5 stars for most of the staff and a big minus five for the 2 that made a problem. Thanks to the last girl, job well done. Still the same old place.

I love the meat servery they have there especially the thick cut steaks. The older butcher is a champion because nothing is ever a problem and he's always friendly and happy to help you out!

A great store which has very fresh fruit and vegetables and a lot of variety of products throughout the store. their staff are extremely helpful whether you are searching for a product that you cant find just ask a day or night filler and they will depending on how busy they are tell you how to find that product or take you to it they are very good at what they do and if they dont know where a product is they will go and ask another staff member. as for the deli staff they are very helpful as well and if they run out of a product they are keen to slice or get more products for you and to top it off their checkout operators are very fast at processing your goods and they have a good manager by the name of Russell who has invited me to into his store to meet him. i cant give this store enough praise.

Let's start with I am new to the area and my Woolworths experiences have not been great 500 a fortnight spread across Aldi and Coles usually BUT you have to go in and try the in house butcher....just magic...tomahawks huge topside Wagyu roasts, which we also cut down into steaks on occasion, and some great mince all at hugely competitive prices but the taste is over the top.... I spend a lot of time trying to find a good butcher and have had average success here in the Hawkesbury but these guys are killing it....all the meat isn't covered in sauces so you can actually see how good it is ...add the marinade later if you must but why spoil it!!!!

Really happy with customer services at the checkout and persons on the floor. Always friendly staff. Recently start online delivery service and the delivery are with in time and drivers are willing and helpful.

The staff here at Richmond Woolworths are excellent and provide great customer service. Hannah went above and beyond in finding me some Macro Organic sultanas when I asked for her help. The shelf where they should have been was empty but she sourced them and found they’d been put in the wrong aisle. Thanks very much again Hannah!

Posted this on another Woolworths store inadvertently. Should have been posted on the Richmond store site. We have been receiving home deliveries since April and want to thank the staff and delivery drivers for all their hard work. There was a slight hiccup with our order. Caitlyn, in consultation with the manager, arranged for the delivery of a missing item and kept us up to date as to when she would deliver it. We thank Caitlyn and all concerned for their outstanding service.

Store is always clean and tidy with everything stocked well.
Fresh fruit and vegetables are looking good today.

Service here is always friendly. Store is cleaner than most others with ticket prices up to date with catalogues.

Nice and big. Open. Not too crowded in aisles. Good variety of brands and products. Most of the time the products I want are in stock.
