I have bought numerous gifts for nieces and nephews off Funyards. and they are a winner every time. The kids love the furniture and toys and the quality is great. Very happy with Funyards.

Rude and Unprofessional; sent wrong item, and when we told him, he said: "oh sorry, someone should have told you that item is out of stock; they're not making it anymore, this is the newer model". He sent what HE wanted to send. Not what I ordered.
The Item I ordered and paid for cost $400.
The item that arrived cost $200.

He proceeded to gaslight me, saying it was I who changed my mind. If someone had have asked if I wanted the wrong item sent to me, I would have said no.
He's also selling $200 items for $400.
I found the actual original item that he claims is out of stock, elsewhere, for less than half the price.

Not only that, it has taken MONTHS to sort out returns and refunds; including sending someone to my house to pick up the return, before we were able to organise returns.

The wrong item has finally been returned by courier to Funyards, but they won't refund, and we can't get a refund through PayPal nor Catch, where the purchase was made.
