Bunnings McGraths Hill

I would like to thank the wonderful woman who helped me yesterday at your store. She didn't just give me an Isle number, she walked with me to the section of the item I was looking for. I learnt that she working the dock for so many years and was now in store and learning about the hardware section. She was so passionate about her work. She was friendly and eager to learn where items were shelved so she could help other customers. Thank you management for encouraging and supporting your staff. It reflects in the work they do.

Bob & Steve at the paint desk were so helpful. Their work mateship was so nice to see and they made me feel like I'd known them for years.
They helped me select the right paint to spruse up my room!

Had a BBQ fund-raising Saturday and was very successful raising money for the Musicsl Dot and the Kangaroo. The cast are children up to 18. The last musical Jungle book was a great success. Bunnings is well stocked and helpful staff.

I was at Bunnings this morning with my twins and had one of them throwing a huge tantrum! The staff, particularly the two gentlemen at the door and serving me, were so understanding. They helped me to the car and made sure I had everything I needed. It really made a stressful situation a lot more calm. Fantastic customer service!

The staff here are AMAZING all that I've encountered have taken there time to assist me navigate the store so that i may leave within minutes not hours . Everyone there actually look like they want to be there , have a positive , can-do attitude and a friendly smile and none are , as all of the above , than the lovely young lady with the name tag that reads CAT . I am a dog lover but I'm in awe of CAT and maybe even a bit of a CAT lover now 😊 ... 🙏🏻🙏🏻🙏🏻👍🏼👍🏼👍🏼

The Garden staff know their plants and are very helpful.

I have never had an issue with be service in this store.
Even when my wife had a fall in the carpark during the wet weather last year, the staff were very attentive.
The supervisor on that Sunday roster even phoned my wife up to check she was o.k

Cannot ask for more than that in a store.

Anita and the staff at the front of the plant nursery were outstanding today in their assistance to myself and my elderly neighbour. Nothing we asked was a bother and they fetched and carried for my neighbour. Outstanding customer service and we got all the plants delivered to the car boot as well. Well done.

Today, I rang Bunnings and asked to speak to someone in the garden section. I was quickly put through and was So Lucky to find Aiden on the line. I was looking for a particular gardenia and wanted to know what types were in stock and how much.
Without hesitation Aiden went on a mission to find what I wanted. He is a valuable employee who is exceptional in his customer service handling skills. He put aside the plants I wanted and I quickly drove down from Kurrajong to purchase the items. Entering the carpark into the garden section only to find Aiden helping another happy customer with his purchases into his car. The name tag gave him away.
Bunnings Management if you have a employee of the month, Aiden is a deserving recipient. 👏

Visiter this McGraths Hill store in the end after driving around other stores.

Goods at this Burnings look more organized, clean, neat, and easily found than other stores where stocks were difficult to be found by even staffs.

Also staffs are pretty professional and friendly.

Definitely recommended!

Love this store. Mostly excellent service. Just the gardening area need some attention to their service. Awesome help in the lighting area, Michelle, (who works for Phillips) is unbelievably helpful !!!! Such a breath of fresh air.

I want to thank a male staff( tall guy) attending at entry of the store on 11/2 around 8:15am, He was very courteous and helpful, actually my son was hurt and I was in need of a ice pack, this staff found one for me and helped me,while I was waiting outside chemist shop to open, located opposite to Bunnings. This is a great example of exceptional customer service demonstrated by Bunnings staff again. Thank you ❤
