McDonald's Windsor

On my way to visit my parents and feeling a bit hungry I wanted take a break from driving. Inside, I experienced issues with my app so the manager, Benjamin, happily helped me sorted it out. He was so busy with everything - crew, orders, customers etc, but he kindly took a few minutes out from behind the counter and helped me place an order. Great service and immediate response. I suppose that is why it’s so busy - people will continue to come back in numbers. Sometimes it’s not just fast food but the fast service that makes the difference. Thanks you Benjamin. You’re awesome.

Best MacDonalds in NSW, always consistant service, I've been going here since 1989. Great spot for the car.clubs to meet on the weekends

Wow, wowowowowowowow! Went past today on two occasions, going to and from a place nearby. Both times, amazing great service and food.

24 hot crispy nuggets in drive through ready by the time we got to the window.

I'd do the 40min drive from home here just for that..

Passable as take aways go.wr go there because o the quickness and convenience which it does quite well.mens toilets need a big re think as they always smell of urine,needs a good extraction fan installed!

A great place to get a bite to eat. Good parking. Drive through. Nice outside seating area. A little difficult sometimes turning back into Groves Avenue if heading West again. KFC next door. On my last visit I ordered a cappuccino but came as a Latte. Took it back and got a cappuccino as ordered. The self service ordering machines interface generally is 'not quite there yet'. The McDonald's Tech-head needs to go back to school ~ The menu system just makes you go round and round ~ just wasting so much time.. It's quicker to order complex orders at the counter first. Some of the cleaning up staff need to smile more and not be so grumpy ~ but that could well be their trainiing/aptitude level. it's really not that hard to be cheerful ~ if you like working with people [public].. Overall it's a great place to stop for breakfast if heading west and again heading home late in the arvo when you're tired from a long drive down over the mountains. For those working in the Hawkesbury ~ it's a nice easy to get to central food outlet for something for lunch ~ with Aldi too just down the Road. Those coming to TR Marine looking for that great boat for the summer season this year can stop here before/after as well as visiting other local shops like Super Cheap Auto. Yes ~ the burger in the pics is a McOz Burger ~ The McOz comes with a quarter pound beef patty, lettuce, tomato, cheese, onions, mustard, ketchup, mayonnaise plus a slice of beetroot on a sesame seed bun..

I have never seen such a quick service response in any of McDonald's

I don't like the fact that family bundles are not available in the app

New furniture and decor. Was lovely to dine in. Staff very attentive.

The service here was just amazing!
I walked in with two screaming babies & the staff were so helpful.
As I was paying, the manager apologised about the eftpos terminal not working (even though it was no big deal as there were plenty of other terminals to pay with) and she promised to fix it right away.
When my food was ready, the girl could see that I was struggling with the two crazy babies so she brought my family's food over to the table, drinks and all! As we were sitting there unsettled, another girl working there started distracting my kids while she was cleaning which quietened down one of them. She quickly disappeared to the back and returned with a helium balloon for each of my kids which made everyone smile. Anyone that can settle someone else's child deserves a Nobel Prize! Above all this, as we were leaving, my son lost his balloon outside and his tantrum started all over again. A fourth staff member then made him a new balloon between serving guests which I really appreciated as they were getting pumped with a busy drive through at this moment.
I can guarantee that the service here is better than the service at any medical practice, grocery store, department store and most cafes! A lot of customer service professionals do not have any patience with small kids but the girls here do it all with a genuine smile!
It really blew me away as all I was expecting was a cheap dinner for my family but got so much more!

Was pleasantly surprised. Staff were extremely helpful, even bringing me my meal which is unusual. Food was hot and fresh and the area outside was lovely and clean. Good job maccas. 😁

I came in at 1:00pm on 27/10/2022 Thursday and I was served by a lovely gentleman calling out orders. Joshua I think his name was? Idk he was blonde and wearing glasses and forgot to hand me my straws 😂 BUT HE WAS LOVELY! He was so nice ! Genuinely a great employee!

My family & I came back from a camping trip & stopped here. It was extremely busy, we ordered a large amount of food & it was ready in 3 minutes with everything in the bag! Hot & fresh . Well done

Staff are great and the food and coffee is always great

Got the chocolate soft serve here, it was amazing. The service in the back was also good. Workers being very responsible with the food handling
