BIG W Richmond

We were warmly greeted by a very welcoming staff member who directed us to the exact section of the products we were looking for. Knowing the products we were getting were bulky, she then asked if we needed a trolley and proceeded to get us one. This was at 12 noon yesterday, 15 November 2023. (Thank you! It is friendly staff like you who will keep us coming back to BigW.)

One of the best BiGW outlet based in Sydney region with stock availability.Location is good.Clothing,entertainment,toys,shoes,chocolates, gifts,hoisery and much much more .Parking can be more.Not crowded at all even on weekend.Store aisles are well planned.This is inside a small shopping complex with various shops.

Friendliest service. Made me walk out of the store with a smile. I will remember this store fondly.

Richmond Big W staff are always extremely helpful and friendly. The store itself is always clean and tidy with stock away on shelves and clear pathways. The staff themselves are what make the store great and set the Richmond big W store above other local Big W's!

Staff are really friendly and helpful and this store is the best BigW I've been to. They seem to have lots of specials and I bought a gorgeous Revlon Black Cherry lipstick for half their usual $24.00. their clothing range can be good and bad.....depending on what you're after. Electronic games are heaps cheaper than almost anywhere else and they seem to have more stock than other comparable stores. Good place to shop in my opinion.

I had to ring to get clarity in how to pay and the next steps after that. A olivia answered and was super helpful, nothing bothered her and she was apologetic for taking too long to get the the register - but she wasn't long at all. Her helpfulness put my mind at ease as I'm not too good with the giftcard buying online and other stuff. So thanks

Managed to get what I went in for.

My first visit there. Went to get some basic clothing and underwear for my 25 year old daughter in hospital. No idea of sizes or comfort. Met the assistant 'Prue' in 'clothing'. I rang my daughter and she - Prue - spoke to her directly. Couldn't have been more friendly and helpful if she was a close family friend. Got the exact sizes AND comfort value. Couldn't have been more impressed.

I come to this store all the time! The staff are spectacular (especially at the service desk up the back) and everything is well laid out, fairly priced, and the women's shoes are pretty great 👍

It's big (W) well arranged with range of stuffs you need. Clearance deals are really good. Any one must visit frequently to get best deals. I think household items, clothes and shoes you will get in reasonable price. It close early, better to keep open up to 9 pm at least. If you are planning you must go before 5pm. Offers are available for through out the year.

Staff at service desk are super friendly even at the busy times. Often go out of my way to go here rather than Penrith as it quieter.

Very good Big W, good variety and depth of stock. So often they don't have your size, but this was excellent. Very busy on a Saturday morning, but had both self serve, and assisted check outs open. Procing has crept up over time, but still good value for money.

I would like to thank Jennifer Of Big W Richmond for her outstanding customer service in this trying time of Covid click and collect only shopping. The poor staff have copped a beating im sure with irrate customers. Working in retail is hard, but jennifer excels in her duties. She found my Dyson today and im so grateful.
