This was about a year ago now.
Was recently out of hospital and needed a few items urgently. Popped in to pick them up, and needed to sit down quite urgently. The young men who were stacking and organising the shelves were lovely, kind and attentive. Grabbing a chair, and helping me get what I needed.
And when I have been well, these young staff members have been universally helpful and attentive.

Easy to go between aisles and easy to find what you are after with some help of nice staff, well maintained and cleaned. I had good experience shopping with Lloyds IGA Springwood.

Smaller supermarket but decent selection and good deli. Friendly staff.

Friendliest staff you will even find. Good prices and well stocked. This is the store that you'll want to stop at for all your groceries if passing through the Mountains. The locals are justifiably proud of their IGA.

Support your local IGA!! The other big supermarkets PRETEND to look after the locals but ask them where the profits go, and ask the farmers what profit THEY'RE making and the truckies what pressure they are under...
The fruit and veggies here are excellent! Great range of the usual products, lovely, friendly service, right next to the car park so it's easier to park, Price Matching store wide, so don't support big conglomerates whose only interest is profit and knocking out the little guys..and making you think they are looking after you...

Good location, ample parking and a good selection of stock. It is a bit more expensive that the bigger stores, but it sells stuff that they don't carry.
The staff are friendly and you don't have to wait too long at the checkout.
I would recommend this store.

An organised store.. the isles are nicely organised.. tthe collection of the products are nice.. the location is convenient...

Well done to the staff at IGA. Was in there just to grab something quickly and saw a young staff member helping with the groceries of a lady who has sight issues. She had her dog and a bag so the young man was carrying a basket for her that had the groceries.
As they walked past they were talking and the young man was helping her negotiate a quite full store.
He guided her to the fruit section then asked her which fruit she would like and helped her gather the fruit.
Well done IGA for the great customer service and for caring for the community so well.

Always excellent and friendly service. Apart from the groceries they have a great meat section. Wouldn't buy my meat anywhere else and it is very reasonable with heaps of good sales

Coldest supermarket ever, I swear. No A.C. but the fridges keep the whole store beautifully cool all the time. Winter, maybe too cool, hahaha. Friendly staff, good range of products.

Great shopping..... for a small supermarket, when you only need a few regular things.

Place has changed names many times. I've been coming here since 1979. They have boxes for your groceries. They sell Bisleri Chinotto.

Staff always friendly and helpful, even if flat out. Can get most things and also ask about what they may not have and could get in.
