Great, friendly team who take the time to give you expert and thoughtful advice.
Buying locally, and not going down to the city, has some obvious advantages in terms of a long term connection and bike servicing.
Don't buy from the Specialized website! Make sure you order your bike directly from the shop. The price is no different and you'll lose out if you don't.

I went to Bikeminded with a bunch of problems that all developed around the crank system of my new bike I bought elsewhere. Bikeminded was of great help, and the staff was very friendly in every aspect. Honestly great service.

I came into Bikeminded a couple of weeks ago. I met Tristan (owner) who welcomed me very warmly. He not only fixed my bike, but also explained what he was doing every step of the way which I really appreciated. I couldn't recommend coming here enough. The customer service is friendly, expert and welcoming. If you want to buy a bike and get comprehensive information with your purchase these guys tick all the boxes! I bought my new ride here and feel confident everything was and will be covered. Great experience from start to finish - my boyfriend came in for something relatively trivial last weekend (a new bike seat) and the service was still five star and they took the time. Made me come back for the big spend and very worth it in my opinion.

I came in to replace my brake pads , rode out with the absence of a noisy chain whilst peddling. It was the smoothest it had ever been. Wasn’t expected thought that was another issue I just couldn’t afford to fix. Happy duck.

I went there to buy a pump for my bike and the guy spent ten minutes showing me how to use it on different types of bike valves ..I was so impressed at how helpful they were.
I will def be buying my bike gear there for now on as you don't get this personalised service buying online

I came here for the first time today and was instantly impressed. The Bikeminded team are clearly friendly, knowledgeable, and extremely helpful. They have a great store with plenty of quality bikes and accessories.

I overheard one of the staff helping a young dude with his mum pick out the right bike, and they were obviously very good at what they do and giving expert assistance.

I brought in my bike with a bent sprocket and twisted chain, and they were quick and professional with explaining what needed to be done and which parts were required. Came to a very reasonable price to fix too!

Overall extremely satisfied with the superb service with a smile :)

I have known Tristian for 7 years and always love visiting their store in the Blue Mountains. Friendly and helpful staff, who offer top quality products and service. My dad has continued to only purchase their cycling gear over the years and gets shipped to New Zealand every time :)

Tristan and the crew at bike minded are great, they are always willing to help/talk you through any issues. They get very busy but somehow always seem to find the time to just chat which is great.

I've decided to drop my bike drive side down for the second time while taking a photo and busted the second hanger in this trip.

Like an oasis in the desert, there is a specialized dealer here in the middle of the mountains! Brought my bike in and got it realigned. (Too bad they didnt have another one in stock)

Tristan and I had a little chat while he was fixing my bike. Lo and behold, he said he wont charge me for the work done. His reason is that if he was out elsewhere and had the same issue, he'd hope for a little bit of grace from someone else too. What a great lad! Big thanks for getting it all fixed, I'd have died inside the fire trail otherwise!

I always go to Bike Minded for bits and pieces as I maintain my bike myself. I'm always impressed with the shop tidyness and the choices offered, the atmosphere and the way employees are taking the time to give me advice no matter how small the business I give them. I am now shopping for a mountain bike for my wife and there's no questions were I'm going to get it.

Bikeminded is exactly that, an extremely helpful bike minded shop looking out for like (bike) minded people. With an onsite fully equipped workshop, they provide really helpful service and information. Highly recommend.

Staff member gave me 10 minutes of expert tuition and I was only buying a $10 bottle of chain lube. Awesome service.
