Brought a bag from the teen side, the lady there was very pleasant and helpful.

Every worker there is so rude
They act like they own the store and clothes
They don’t smile
They don’t greet you if they look at you and don’t like you by the way you look
They discriminate
They side eye you and follow you
They are very rude when you pay
They need to learn how to smile
A lot of mums come in that store and buy kids clothes Atleast learn how to smile .
They even chuck you dirties
It’s my local seed and not one time I have ever come there and had a good experience
learn to smile n be nice what type of customer service do you have if you don’t like your job then quit . Don’t be rude to customers .

Poor customer service, the staff don't acknowledge or greet you, it's almost a bother to ask them a question. Such a shame it's just the Macarthur Square store & always like this when I go in. One staff member today was gift wrapping presents on the back counter that were her own when I asked her for help and she seemed so bothered when I disturbed her. Definitely not selling the brand with their service.

One of the worst store staff we've ever come across. My mum's david jones shopping bag started buzzing when we were on our way out of the store (later which we discovered the DJ staff forgot to remove the tag on the dress we had bought, and had to go get it removed after). The lady treated us like thieves going through all our belongings, lying to us in the process that she was just checking where the store had forgotten to remove the alarm tag, but we could see she was clearly looking at the clothing lable tag on all the clothes seeing where the clothes were from and shaking our clothes on the floor as though to find something in it. If I knew this is the way they treat people at that store, I would have not given them my sale, instead would have spent money at a different store. The funny thing is the alarm had also triggered on our way into the store which she had seen but decided to treat us poorly anyway. She was the same lady that had served us at the counter.

Really bad customer service. All I did was ask if they had a bag in stock and one of staff members spoke to me in a aggressive tone and didn’t bother to assist me with other products that I could have potential bought instead. Yikessss do better seed.

The most unfriendly staff I’ve ever met in a shop. I wanted to buy a voucher for my wife but the woman at the counter looked up and actually was unrolling some receipts as if hoping I’d go away. My wife loves the clothes there but even then she said they seem to like a particlar type of people!! Wouldn’t recommend to anyone
