I’m not only a stated dentist-phobic, I have the teeth to prove it.

From Daisy on reception to a reassuring dental nurse to dentist, Dr Philip Song, they were amazing.

And m not proud of it, but I needed four teeth removed. This was done in one sitting in about thirty minutes. It was painless during the procedure and a day later… still no pain experience.

Helpful, informative, efficient, caring. Good humored people who reassure you. It’s hard to say you might feel at ease during four extractions, but I pretty much was.

If anyone had told me yesterday that I’d give 5 stars out of five to a dental clinic, (because it’s more than just the dentist who was excellent) I’d have said no way.

I offered this review. I was not solicited to write this.

Thank you all for taking the trauma out of dentistry. I remain in your good hands.

Highly recommend Dr song and his team. He designed the perfect set of veneers for me, and really listened to what I wanted my smile to look like. Post treatment, the team have been very diligent wilt calls and emails to follow up. They are extremely accommodating. I also want to mention Daisy, she’s 5/5 nicest office manager I have ever met! Highly recommend the team !!

Professional service and high quality equipment. I came for advice about a wisdom tooth, I was shown all necessary info about the health of my teeth (with pictures and x rays taken there), pros and cons of the alternatives, and clear quote of prices. His team is beyond friendly (they gave me support and care about my preferences). Definitely coming back for further checks and procedures :)

I've been coming to North Ryde Dentistry for years. It's a fantastic practice with a friendly and knowledgeable team. Dr. Clover does an excellent job with my routine cleans. She takes the time to ensure I'm comfortable and is very gentle during the procedure.

Got my check-up and cleaning done by Dr. Cindy Pham and I’m very happy with the results.

After the cleaning was done, Dr. Cindy provided a plan for me to resolve my dental issues moving forward.

I was also extremely happy with the staff of the clinic too. Everyone had a friendly and welcoming atmosphere coupled with excellent service from Daisy!

Had both my bottom and upper veneers done by dr Phillip and I couldn’t be happier with the results. My teeth were originally misaligned and crooked and Dr Philip managed to make them appear straight. Honestly the kindest and most genuine dentist I’ve ever visited, he just makes you feel so comfortable with every visit. He’s actually a dentist that listens to what you want and is very informative and supportive with his advice. They follow up several times to make sure you’re happy with the results and the service I received from both the staff and him made the experience nothing short of lovely.

Had my root canal and crown done by Dr Phillip Song. The results were amazing and everyone there truly cares about you! They went above and beyond to ensure I'm as comfortable as I can get during my appointments (I'm the type that's nervous with any dental work), kept me informed of the process and follows up to ensure I am ok. I've already recommended my family to here!

Today I had my x-rays done at North Ryde with Sasha. It was my first time coming here because I usually go to Hornsby. Sasha was so kind by assisting me to make sure my X-rays were done correctly. Also she helped me with directions to get back home. I would highly recommend this dental practice or any of their other branches if you looking for the best dentist. Dr Clover is fantastic with kids. She made sure my daughter is relaxed throughout the session and took the time to answer her questions. She spent time showing us how to clean the space maintainer properly. She also makes referrals to a paediatric dentist whenever appropriate.
