Honestly the best mechanics I’ve ever been to! The boys at Precision went above and beyond to get us back on the road. The studs sheared off our rear axle assembly while we were visiting the Blue Mountains, they fit us in at short notice and got us back on the road in 1.5 days. They all had fantastic customer service, kept us in the loop and were just genuinely nice blokes. Super happy!!

I had been bounced around from other mechanics with my difficult motorbike registration as the RTA were not accepting my VIN even though the bike had a valid VIN and valid compliance plate. The bike was from 2014 and had never been road-registered. The guys at Precision took the time to understand the problem and solve it. Very patient and communicated well as to just what they needed to do. Thanks a lot guys!! I'd recommend them to anyone for car repairs.

Ian, Brad and Hayden fitted two baby seats to my van. They took the time to ensure they got the best possible fit on my retrofitted back seats (not an easy feat). They were honest, kind and gave me an extremely fair price (especially considering the difficulty of the job). I'll be going back and recommend this business highly. They’re also a Transport NSW Authorised Restraint Fitter.

Ian and David have been very good mechanics over the years that we have been using them. They always are fair in pricing and assessing needed repairs.

Dave and Ian were absolutely fantastic to deal with from the start, brought my old Holden in for a blue slip and front end repairs, they were honest, up front and very fair. The work they undertook was thorough and they went above and beyond to make sure even the most difficult kingpin replacements were done properly and for a very reasonable cost. I would highly recommend these guys, especially if you have an older vehicle. Will definitely be back in future.

Bought my 2005 honda CRV last year and upon inspection the mechanic claimed it has a transmission issue, After taking it to another mechanic for a service they didn't mention a thing about it.

Recently I moved to Katoomba and had heard good stuff about the team at precision automotive so took my car in for a major service. The team were friendly, transparent with what they would do at pricing. Following the service they informed me there was nothing wrong with the transmission at all and was a shot engine mount - something the past mechanics had missed. After chasing up the part promptly within 2 weeks my car was booked back in and is driving the best it has ever been with the problem missed.

Had a major breakdown in Katoomba and was recommended to call into Precision. I cannot speak more highly of them. They managed to work on my vehicle on short notice to diagnose that I needed a new petrol pump. The part was not available so I ended towing my car back to Sydney. That aside. These boys deliver on service. I was taken aback when they said there was ‘no charge’ for their time. Really unbelievable. Honest as the day is long. Thank you so so very much. Highly recommended.

I have been a customer for near 10 years. Ian, Dave and the rest of the team are out of this world. Honest to the max, a mechanic you can trust 100%. They have always do their very best to help me as I am a pensioner and have a very sick daughter, they even went to my house to pick up my car to fix the brake and brought it back when it was ready at not extra cost. They were there for me in a very hard time in my life. I will never take that nasty car of mine anywhere else. Thank you guys

Friendly, helpful, and accommodating. They did a last-minute same day road worthy pink slip inspection with 3 hours notice , happy customer.

Absolutely fantastic service. Belt needed changing asap, the guys fixed the issue straight away and with a good price. They were all real friendly and easy to talk to. They even let me put my yoghurt in their fridge whilst they were fixing the car. Definitely recommend if you have any issues.

I came for a visit to the Blue Mountains but the car broke down. The wonderful mechanics at Precision/Repco Authorised Car Services diagnosed the problem and fixed it all (radiator replacement) in a day. They were extremely patient with all my questions and reassured me that all was well for my 2.5hr trip home. Highly recommend.

I took my car here as I had a leak in my A/C, they filled the car with gas, traced the leak, helped me find a suitable replacement part and fitted it. As my car is nearly 30 and rather uncommon, this was a more complicated job and required multiple visits to their shop, but they didn't even charge me till the final visit. They did a fantastic job, were easy to talk with, well priced and helpful.
