Silk's Brasserie

What a wonderful evening, highly recommended.

Service was perfect and attentive, food was delicious and equally perfect.

This was a wonderful fine dining experience above that of which I was expecting. Nothing to be faulted and only praise available.

We sat on the verandah which was enclosed and heated and very comfortable.

Initially I thought the cost a little above what I’d prefer but the food was on point and worth every penny.

We live out west and we have a few favourite restaurants close to home and in the CBD. I’d equally travel to Silks for a lovey evening out as I would the CBD.

We plan to come back.

It's been 3 yrs since we have visited them last time, and the first time visiting the new location. The food and service remain excellent, and the location really complements this, and this creates a great all-around dining experience. My favourite go-to fine-dining in Blue mountains ❤❤

Silks only moved to its new location two weeks ago and already it has settled into its new premises. The service from beginning to end was fantastic. The cocktails on offer were generous and tasty, and we were encouraged to drink them outside, taking in the view. The menu was great also. We ordered the scallops, prosciutto salad, chicken chasseur, beef, two desserts and wine and everything was well cooked and presented. The chicken was particularly amazing.

Outstanding hospitality from the staff, made us feel very welcome when we walked in. They genuinely take good care of you, recommending various dishes and cocktails to choose from. The food is delicious. Although quite expensive, this restaurant is worth dining at if you're visiting the Blue Mountains.

Went to this place for a work dinner and had a pretty good experience. The hosts were very courteous and looked after my dietary requirements very well.

Food preparation was fantastic for all courses and had amazing flavours. Fine dining and well maintained. Great selection of wines as well. All in all a perfect experience.

Beautiful spot.. service and food was excellent!! We were seated at the veranda so could see the birds and the skyline. Mesmerizing.. great place to celebrate life :)

If five star dining and service is what you are after then Silk's Brasserie Leura should be your destination. Great dining atmosphere. Lovely service and beautiful meals and wine. Perfect for a special night out!

Surprised my partner with a weekend away up here in Leura.

Silk's was conveniently located near where we staying so I booked a table in advance and I'm so glad I did because it was so busy.

And I found out why..

We opted for the 3 courses and went with the following -
Entree - Prawn Avocado etc and Smoked duck etc

Main - Roasted Tasmanian Salmon etc and the Tenderloin Grass Fed Angus Beef etc

Dessert - Bitter Sweet Choc Fondant etc and Vanilla Bean Panacotta etc.

Each course was gorgeous, incredibly tasty and worked well together.
The salmon with a laksa - surprising combination yet incredible!

I was eyeing off the wine menu when Michael approached us and offered us a hand in choosing a wine.
We went with a local pinot noir and was not disappointed.
Michael you are a star and made our experience next level.

Also, I didn't catch the name of the blonde lady but she was amazing too.

The move from The Mall in Leura to Silvermere in Wentworth Falls might be the best thing to happen to Silks. The setting is spectacular. Love it.

I went to this restaurant last night for the 2nd time for a belated Xmas celebration and once before for my 50th birthday.I was very lucky my friends took me there as there is no way I could afford this place myself on my budget.The food is to die for and they have very nice champagne.I had a main meal of Angus sirloin steak with mash and asparagus in a red wine jus.Then for desert I had a vanilla bean sorbet with a hazelnut wafer and strawberries and raspberry coulis.The bill was $294 all up for three people and we all just had a main meal and a desert each.My friend and I had to two glasses of champas each and my mates partner had one beer.So is not cheap but we'll worth the expense if you want to treat yourself to a lovely meal.The atmosphere is stunning with great views from the venue where is it has moved now to Wentworth Falls instead of Leura.The internal part of the venue is Art deco with stunning furniture and old world features.The service was impeccable also.Well worth a visit!!!

Took my wife there for our anniversary.
The food was wonderful and the chief surprised us at the end with chocolates.

Wonderful food combined with excellent service make a perfect combination for a great dining experience. Well stocked menu with good variety and an ample wine list ensure that everyone is happy. Silks has a cozy refined atmosphere, relaxing and pleasant. Staff are attentive but never intrusive. You are assured of a great night.

Hospitality at its best from the atmosphere, the service to the food, always great. The choice of restaurants in the mountains.

Came for lunch, on a Sunday afternoon. The place was a trifle too warm, as they day hadn't turned out that cold.

Once settled, we started with a glass of prosecco, and ordered a Côtes de Rhone for the main course. The sardines starter was very good, as were the scallops.

For main we had the duck, and the beef tenderloin, both of which were excellent. And the Côtes was a great choice to accompany it.

Service was good and Silks is somewhere we would definitely return to.

The service was fantastic and the food was so satisfying. We had our 18 month old with us and unlike other fine dining places, Silk's went out of their way to make us feel welcome. Our waitress Elisa was attentive and very helpful and the host Stewart greeted me by name on arrival- all those little details that show they care about their guests and providing a great experiences. The dishes we had were mostly clever twists on classics so easy to get something you are very likely to love, feels familiar and yet still feels new and interesting. Beautiful outlooks as you would expect in the blue mountains. Highly recommended.

One of the better/best restaurants in the Blue Mountains. Great food, friendly service and a pleasant ambiance. Many reviews about Silk are already written so what else to say? Make sure you make a reservation to avoid disappointment!

The seating is perfect for small groups and limited, which makes reserving tables ideal. Food was very good and actually quite affordable compared to similar restaurants within the area. Small comfort, and home like feeling from the moment you enter till the moment you leave the restaurants.

Fantastic food (and an amazing menu)! The service was excellent too.
