Very nice location and ambience with great twilight views of the valley.

Food was tasty, particularly the steak which was well seasoned and cooked to medium rare just right. Hibachi octopus and lamb skewer had a very good flavour.

Service however could be more prompt. Meal for 2 cost about $200 but more affordable with Accor discount.

Nice staffs, peaceful atmosphere and beautiful food. We order a scallop for entree, a share grilled beef for main and two desserts. The scallop is a must try when you come here, beef is nicely cooked (I was so eager to try it that I forgot to take photo of it), and dessert is very creative and yummy, not very sweet, and you can enjoy the whole plate. You should choose a table near the window to enjoy the scene here
The next day we decided to have dinner here again, and we ordered the scallop again with another entree, seemed like crab soup and it is beautiful again, for main we chose the lamb rack and pork belly, the lamb was beautiful but the belly is a bit salty to me.

We had an amazing dinner here! It's such a great location, with the tables in front of the huge windows looking out over the view, but definitely requires booking in advance because they have limited seating.

All our meals were absolutely delicious, and a perfect size to be able to finish and then enjoy desert, without being too small. And you definitely want to have desert!

They were also great at catering for dietary requirements.

My only issue was that we were in the last seating for the evening (8pm) and the meals didn't arrive until after 9pm. The staff did apologise though. It felt like they were a bit under staffed.

Se had a great overall experience here. We tried the lamb as a starter and the steak for the main. Both were super delicious with lots of flavors. Service was amazing too. It's a bit on the pricey side for obvious reasons.

Actually underrated, we were kindly given beautiful seats by the window despite it being a busy night with bookings. The ribeye was fantastic (pepper sauce average), ceviche, sprouts and lamb were all incredible. The waiters were very friendly.

Had a wonderful experience at this restaurant as a guest at Fairmont, not sure where these negative reviews are coming from. Food was excellent and reasonably priced. They stayed open late just for us. Service was absolutely impeccable and Steffani was so wonderfully kind and attentive, really made our night. Highly recommend!

Food was great and the staff were very quick to help out. The views were amazing, try and get a seat by the window if you can.

I recently dined at Embers in the Blue Mountains for the first time, and it was a truly exceptional experience. The food was incredibly delicious, the staff was attentive and friendly, and being seated next to the warm fireplace added to the cozy ambiance. While the food portions were small, ordering a variety of dishes allowed us to fully enjoy the incredible flavors. I highly recommend Embers for a wonderful dining experience in the Blue Mountains.

Excellent food, service and setting. Highly recommended for families as the kids menu is great and staff accommodating. Note the meats and chicken are halal.

This place is one of the best restaurants in the blue mountains. They cooked the tomahawk steak just perfectly. The food took a really long time to come out, like a really long time. The S'mores tart is simply the best dessert I've had for a long time. A must even if you're full

Great food, good atmosphere, good service... snapper and chicken were excellent, wasn't a fan of onion rings and baked brie was too heavy for dessert.. but really enjoyed our time there...

Not your ordinary hotel restaurant! We had an amazing meal here last night, and I would recommend this place to all. The chef really knows his stuff, this is fine dining finally in the mountains.
