Our waitress was amazing.
The portions were seriously huge and delicious.
Quick service.
It was nice and toasty inside. Cozy.
Good ambiance.

Top meal! Great service! I had the Flat Head and Chips, huge portion and delicious! My friend had the chicken salad, again big meal and very tasty. Service was brisk, choice of eating in the pub or quiet restaurant area. Pub quiz was very well organised and extremely popular. Good value and fantastic friendly service. Worth 6 stars!

Tried the chicken schnitzel and burger, both were really tasty! The dessert was amazing too. Service was lovely.

Nice hotel if not a little dark. Wonderful historic photos and a composite cook and butler.
Still very dark decor in the Bistro but mirrors help.
Service was by one young man who did a great cool calm service. Unfortunately he missed a change in the order but no great loss as the meal was delicious. Everyone in the group enjoyed their meals: Battered Flathead, Greek Salad, Beef & Ale Pie, and Lemon & Herbed Calamaria (thank the Gods Someone is thinking outside the salt & pepper! Good 1 Chef).

The food here is amazing. Nice and cozy environment. We arrived on a cold afternoon the food was amazing and we had a glass of wine with our food to warm us up. The staff were very friendly and the food arrived very fast. The osso buco combined with the wine was phenomenal. The lamb riblets with the plum and pepper sauce was delicious too. For dessert we had the sticky date pudding served with ice-cream, to seal a nice evening.

Great pub food and very friendly staff. I stayed 2 nights at the hotel and had dinner both nights in the Bistro. Great fish and chips (huge serve) and some tasty garlic bread and spicy chicken wings.
I look forward to getting back to Katoomba to try their sticky date pudding.

Absolutely lovely staff with a warm, homely feel to the place. The restaurant equivalent to a warm embrace from an old friend. Would absolutely recommend to anyone passing through in need of a delicious meal served with a smile!

We had a great lunch at the Bistro. The food was really good, and the service was excellent. Serving staff went out of their way to get a drink from the bottle shop that wasn’t available in the bar.

The staff and food were a delight. I would highly recommend going here for dinner. The meals are big so if you're not too hungry consider sharing.

I had delivery so I guess I can't really measure atmosphere. 5 stars for delivery as well. Osso Buco was amazing.

The bistro is a great mid point of upper class and pub food with the friendliest staff and delicious food. The jalapeno poppers were a personal favourite and a must try if your taste buds are fit. There was a great homely feel to the experience, helped by the funny and relaxed staff.

Food and service was perfect. Would recommend if you are out and about in Katoomba.
Lamb cutlets and Lamb Riblets cooked to perfection.

Staffs are very kind with looks good smile.
Most of all, foods are absolutely delicious.

Cheesy garlic bread는 빈데떡 만큼 맛있고, 치킨 슈니첼 정말 부드럽고 튀김이 겉바속초 그대로 입니다. 스테이크는 언급할 필요도 없습니다.
