I immediately felt warm, there’s heaters on the wall and the building is spotlessly clean and tidy.
The friendly Reception made me feel welcomed with her smile and helpful manner, earlier I received an appointment reminder via text & email, and phonecall.

Upstairs is a quaint sunroom adorned with small art works and views of sandy bay road.
I sat there in the sunshine for moment and then was greeted by a massage therapist.
Very professional and has skilled hands, which soothed my aches & pains.
First time I ever experienced a massage with hot stones— like she had hot hands caressing my body — so soothing!

I am feeling much better after a session with Monica. My hyperextended joints have been causing me pain and tension. Monica managed to get into them and released some.
It has only been one session but I feel more relaxed now. Highly recommended.

It was a nice massage. The therapist is professional and experienced. For the last two weeks, I had a very long-hour standing, so my legs and feet were tired. After finish the massage, the therapist Gary suggested me the method how to avoid the pain on my body and how to train my arch as the pain comes from the flat arch. Thank you very much🙏. I definitely will come back again. Highly recommend to the people who need a professional and wonderful massage.

Alex was fantastic and was able to fit me in for a massage even though i got my days mixed up.

Amazing experience. I went in for a remedial massage, I could barely sit up or walk. Within 10 minutes I was up and moving again, and within a few days fully healed. The kindness and service is impeccable.

I was only in town another week, and one of the staff members kindly leant me her foam roller for my recovery.

Sally Whitton is an amazing massage therapist. She can go hard if that's what you need, or tender - which is what I'm needing at the moment. I leave there feeling like I'm walking on a cloud.

I had remedial massage with Monica for a few times. She definitely went way above and beyond. I first went there because of my stiff neck. I sought help from other therapists elsewhere before Monica’s session, but ended up with no signs of improvement. Monica is absolutely the best and exceeds my expectation. She is very patient, caring, attentive, and most importantly professional. She tailored the therapy to my needs and my neck was significantly improved after the session. She also asked for my feedback along the way and adjusted the pressure accordingly. I would definitely visit again and highly recommend the session with Monica.
