What a beautiful spa, and what a lovely team of people! So professional and friendly, and Mirinda did an amazing job on my eyebrows! She listened to what I wanted, explained the process and products thoroughly, and I felt relaxed and happy with how she explained the procedure and carried it out keeping me informed every step of the way, and clearly advising what to expect following the procedure! She also explained and addressed queries I had about other cosmetic procedures without making me feel like I was being “pushed” into (or out of!) what I was interested in! I am very happy with the result, and looking forward to booking my next (few) treatments! Thank you for a wonderful experience - l had originally booked online with another place, but cancelled because the tone and sheer volume of emails was very impersonal and seemed more about sales than client experience - lucky for me, because I am soooo happy with Quay Day Spa!

Last week I visited Quay Day Spa for the first time. The premises is stylish, has a relaxing atmosphere, clean and tidy. The staff were friendly and welcoming. Chloe was my beauty therapist. Chloe was professional, knowledgeable about the waxing treatments she was performing, made me feel very comfortable and had great attention to detail. The before and after care that was included with my service was above what I've received else where in the past. It was a lovely experience all round and I will happily return in the future. I don’t thjnk I’ve ever actually had a bad facial here ever. But today, was potentially the best I’ve ever had anywhere. I drove home looking like I had the best highlighter smothered all over my face. A literal dewy dumpling. ❤❤

My first appointment at Quay Day Spa with Emily was absolutely delightful. The suits are beautifully furnished and the Centre gives a comfortable vibe of luxury which added to the enjoyment of my first facial. Emily was lovely and supportive as we talked and as she explained the process we are undertaking in this 6 Week Challenge. Today, this morning as I started my (old) routine, I noticed on my face that blackheads that I have been trying to get rid of for months just wiped away!! The product Emily used yesterday at my first appointment has already started to improve my complexion.

Lisa takes great pride and time in addressing your skin needs, so easy to converse with and really listens to what you’re wanting to achieve. Absolutely loved my experience. Would 100% go back and highly recommend.

Lisa was absolutely amazing, super happy with my results. She made me feel so comfortable and relaxed as I was very nervous getting a lip flip for the first time. Definitely recommend :)

Lisa was amazing at popping my Botox cherry!
I was a little nervous and didn’t want things to look obvious.
She was very calming and explained everything she was doing and it has been done so well that the only comments I get are “gee you look refreshed” (even my daughter hasn’t noticed and she’s telling me I need to get rid of my cranky ceases all the time! They are gone now)

The Cosmetic Injector Lisa and her team are the most professional and caring team that I’ve experienced in a long time.
I had some injectable treatments with Lisa recently and I couldn’t be happier with the outcome. She explained to me what she was doing and why and in terms that I could understand. It made me feel comfortable and relaxed.
I’ve had plenty of injectable treatments but her technique and experience was second to none.

The staff are so welcoming and happy to help. My Beautician today made sure I was comfortable and warm. I had an eyelash lift n tint and I love it, it’s opened up my eyes I have lovely lashes again. Thank you 🤗 Would definitely go back.

I went in with tension and the aftermath of a migraine, and now feel so much better. It was wonderful that I could be fit in for a 30 minute remedial massage, at the last minute. I wish It could have gone longer, since it felt so wonderful getting that tension release. I like the products used as well. The head massage was the best!

From the moment you walk in the door til you leave, you are made to feel more than welcome. They answered all my questions with ease. Showed me products to use. The whole experience was just so amazing I can't even put it into words. If your scared or nervous then ladies are the ones to see.

I have loved all the experiences I have had at Quay Day Spa, the staff are all so lovely and always professional. Emily has been doing my brows for some time now and I couldn't be happier with them. I look forward to my visits, they are an absolute treat.

The guys at Quay are absolutely great and specially Emily was really great and she explained everything before and after and it really felt great to be looked after. The facial was really relaxing and made my skin feel quite normal once again.
Will definitely be calling in the near future.

Amazing! I can’t recommend enough. Emily is fantastic, really lovely, and very knowledgeable. She has completely saved my skin. A combination of the DMK products and the Healite have completely stopped my hormonal adult acne breakouts and I have tried everything! I’m hooked. A+++!

Jasmine was a very experienced beauty therapist. Jasmine listened and understood that I was very tired and let me have a peaceful experience. She checked with me that I liked my eyebrows and happily thinned them more at my request. Thankyou Jasmine.

I feel so pampered and well cared for. My experience today from walking in the door through to walking back out was exceptional.

I don't think I could choose my favourite part between the relaxation massage, foot treatment or facial. To choose between perfection is impossible!!

As part of a trip to Hobart, I wanted to book a beautiful proper spa that wasn’t too overpriced. I got exactly what I was looking for.
I did get a winter August special of a massage and facial for myself and a friend. We got the shared room too which was fun.
The staff really looked after us and were really friendly. I really should have booked a longer massage. Would definitely go back.

Went for injectable treatment with Lisa. I had fillers and anti wrinkle injections and Lisa was the most gentle injector I have ever come across, I didnt feel a thing. Lisa was lovely, easy to communicate with, explained everything and made me very comfortable. I will definately be back :) And I look Fabulous Now! ;)

Jess was such a sweetie, she made me feel very comfortable, knows her products, and she truely cared about how I felt!
I was very welcomed from start to finish. Thank you. I have thoroughly enjoyed my 6 weeks!
