The food at the sushi shop is very delicious. Staff attitude towards customers is very good and kind. Highly recommend you to come and try. Reasonable prices compared to other stores. Appreciate it!

I've ordered platter via Uber eats and something went wrong with the order. Sushi Hub was able to make new sushi platter for me with very short notice and they were delicious. Thanks again for your service!

It was a pretty decent little stall, it’s located well and easy to access by wheelchair if needed. It’s in the food court upstairs. I think it was pretty well priced and there was plenty of options. The only problem was the service. The ladies who served me where a bit hard to understand and they weren’t sure what I wanted. I’m not sure how fresh the sushi is and how well sourced the salmon is but I don’t think it was the best and I reckon they keep the public toilets in business. Aside from that, it was good. But it won’t be my pick for dinner in the future.

In case there is more than one "Sushiya" in "Castle Hill," this review is of the one in "Castle Towers" shopping centre, on the upper level near the "Gold Class" cinemas.
There were three "crunch prawns" remaining on the tray in the glass display case. Served by a young male, I asked to buy two of them. As he was tong-ing into a plastic container, one of them fell apart, whereupon he returned it to the tray and gave me the remaining undamaged one instead.
At this point, I **TRIED** to enquire as to whether they would be willing to sell me the damaged one CHEAP, IN ADDITION to the other two. The sore point is that this simple question appeared to be beyond the limits of his English fluency; after a moment's perplexed pause, he spoke to his female co-worker in their own language, who immediately told me that she would make me a fresh one, despite the simple fact that I had **NOT ASKED** for **ANY SUCH THING.** When she eventually DID (seemingly) understand me, she simply refused to sell me the damaged one at all, insisting it be disposed of rather than sold cheap. Apart from the "Nori" having fallen off, and the prawn become detached from the rice, there was nothing else wrong with it, and no reason to think it would have made me ill or otherwise exposed them to legal consequences.
In any event, my complaint is far **LESS** about their refusal to sell it cheap, and far **MORE** about their difficulty understanding the question in the first place, which could easily have been LIFE THREATENING if the subject matter had concerned ingredients to which a customer might be VIOLENTLY ALLERGIC.

the vege nigiri roll was fine. However the volcano prawn and salmon nigiri tasted very off, the rice tasted old and the salmon/crab as well.

The sushi and rice taste old.
They don't even tell you about the credit card surcharge. Terrible.
