I have been attending boxing training with Dip a few times. He is very knowledgeable and it's a fun way to keep fit and loose weight. Highly recommended.

I'm still coming to Ballarat to have training sessions with Dip. He is pushing me to the limit and also using a suppliment to help with my muscle tone. Since on it my stamina has increased and feel my leg and arm muscles getting more stronger..
I keeping it up and doing regular excercising at home and gym I can't wait to see the long term results..

Have had a sparing session more difficult than I thought. With more sessions and tips from Dip I will improve and get a boxing match that Dip said he will arrange when I cut weight.

Highly recommend training with Dip either 1 on 1 or in his classes. Dip has created a great gym culture and is very generous with his time and knowledge.
