Apple Castle Towers

Had to get my wife's phone looked at. The people here were very knowledgeable and showed a good understanding and empathy in the problem I had. Provided me detailed information on the problem, the likely fix and most of all the cost to complete. This has allowed me to go back to a seller and request a refund. When I get the refund I will go back to the Apple shop and buy the replacement phone. Bit of an Android fan for years due to knowledge of the systems. I can appreciate why people use the Apple genius bar for help. I use apple as well for work so I have a foot in both camps. Thanks to the Apple Genius staff who helped me. Couldn't ask for better service, well done.

I recently had the pleasure of receiving outstanding assistance from Adam at the Apple store in Castle Towers today.

From the moment he approached me, Adam was committed, helpful and genuinely willing to go above and beyond to help resolve my iPhone problem.

Adam had an extensive knowledge and expertise, even though troubleshooting my problem wasn't his only responsibility. He patiently listened to my issue, asked insightful questions, and was able to solve my tricky problem. It was evident that he was well-versed in the intricacies of Apple products, and was logical and pragmatic in his approach.

Not only did Adam demonstrate a comprehensive technical knowledge, he also took the time to explain the process in a way that was easy to understand. This commitment to customer service sets Adam apart as a truly exceptional employee.

Adam was positive and patient throughout the process, despite being approached and assisting multiple different customers he was able to make everyone feel like valued. His dedication to fixing my issue made the entire experience at the Castle Towers Apple store exceptionally pleasant.

Overall, I can't speak highly enough of Adam's exemplary service. His friendly demeanour, extensive knowledge, and commitment to going above and beyond have left a lasting positive impression. I'm very grateful for his assistance. Kudos to Adam for being all round exceptional!

Amazing service. Went their couple of times for Genius Bar appointments and also for picking up online bought phone and watch. Staff is super friendly and cooperative.

Excellent service from team members. I was served exactly on time when my Genius Bar appointment. Their Tech knows what they need to do. My Apple Watch had Black screen issue, apple care expired but still they send it for repair without charge. Shop decoration and arrangement is awesome. I think their service is better than other Apple Store though very busy.

Was having issues with getting an item I’d traded in via the online store picked up and went to the store to try and sort it out in-person. Despite there being multiple technical roadblocks, Adam was incredibly helpful in working around them & my issue was resolved the same day.

Turned up without an appt with mobile phone I couldn't use the lady who welcomed me was Sarah, who initially booked me in to wait for an appt but when she realised they had no way to notify me she went the extra mile, finding the right man, Nath, a very clever guy who was able to get my phone working within minutes, he amazed me finding the problem so fast especially since the problem wasn't what I told him it was caused by. Fabulous service, very grateful to both of you.

I bought a new IPhone 15 pro plus a few days ago for my wife and we were given excellent service by Ondy. She attended to my wife with great expertise and patience. I definitely feel she’s a great asset to Apple.

Pretty busy store in general.

But your turn will come pretty soon if pre-booking was already made with staffs in advance.

Overall, staffs are very knowledgeable, Apple gurus, friendly, and helpful, especially they know what I am looking for.

Writing this from my new iPhone ... I went in yesterday to upgrade my iPhone, and received awesome customer service from Ondy. She helped me upgrade, change sim plans and helped me save quite a bit of money in the process! She was very knowledgeable and made the whole process very easy & seamless. Thank you Ondy!

I've had a mobile phone problem that had caused great angst and after numerous enquiries and as a last resort I attended the Apple Store at Castle Hill.
The staff here are extremely knowledgeable, professional, personal and in my case patient.

I recently had an issue with my MacBook air Retina display and the team at Apple Castle Tower was able to help me resolve it quickly and efficiently, all under the protection of the Australian Consumer Law. I didn't have to pay a cent for the repair, and the service I received from Brodie was top-notch. I was impressed by their professionalism and knowledge, and I was also happy with the delivery of the product from Kaneka, which arrived on time and in great condition. We went today to have our almost 2 years old ipad diagnosed. We booked online, came in, attended by within reasonable waiting time over their genius bar. Sam is name of the lady who looked after us. Did not waste any time, Very pleasant and genuine. She offered me a contact/service that can help out with our iPad that we use at work. Great work.

The staff are very nice, and the delivery of your products from their storage area to where you are in the store is very fast.

Apple’s service is always the best. This is my go to apple store as there is none near Parramatta. So a good 20-25mins drive from my home.
The staff at Genius Bar was friendly and amazing in handling my AirPods issue. Though he was not able to do much as they were out of warranty. Replacing them was expensive so I ended up buying new ones😅.

Assisted by Robbie bright and early this morning!!! Helped us purchase an iphone15 pro and trade in an old iphoneX. We made things complicated by needing the receipt in a different name but he was patient and efficient. Thanks for helping me and my dad 💕

lovely employee named Chris was so kind and helpful and fixed a problem i was having for two months after another apple store had told me to test it out dor a few days and see how it goes. Not only was he helpful and informative, he was very kind and made for a lovely experience.
