John was incredibly knowledgeable and helped us find the perfect bed, mattress & pillows for our first home.
He was patient and helpful in helping us try out different mattresses till we found our perfect match. Amazing service & we’d recommend shopping here to everyone we know!

Ursula and her team made my purchasing experience easy and a pleasure... I would even go so far as to say fun. I went in to look at mattress protectors and bought a bed base, mattress and bedhead as well! I was not the easiest of customers due to many demanding questions and a lot of indecision, but I was ably and patiently guided by the staff. 8 weeks later, I am not regretting any of the purchases, so I feel I received sound advice and exceptionally fair prices. The delivery team were also awesome - very helpful and respectful. When there was one small hiccup with one of the items at delivery, I could not fault how easily, quickly and efficiently the warehouse, delivery and store teams dealt with it.

Highly recommend purchasing from Forty Winks Marsden Park. We had ordered a bed base from another supplier (not Forty Winks) and it was completely wrong and faulty. We called Forty Winks and they managed to source a bed base for us within a few hours and deliver it to us within a few days, right before Christmas. Thank you so much Ursula for helping us and going beyond and above!

My recent visit to Marsden Park Forty Winks was an experience I found rather disappointing. I went there with the intention of purchasing a bed for my child, a decision which I thought would be facilitated by helpful customer service. Unfortunately, this was not the case.

The sales lady who assisted us was noticeably disengaged from the sales process. Communication with her was challenging as she exhibited a noticeable lack of enthusiasm for assisting us in our shopping endeavor. This lackluster approach to customer service significantly hampered our shopping experience and ultimately led to us deciding to leave the store without making a purchase.

It was disheartening to experience such poor customer service when we were actually interested in a particular bed. We still liked the bed and may consider returning on another day, but this experience has undoubtedly left a sour taste. The disappointment from today's experience stemmed not from the product, but from the poor quality of customer service we received.

I sincerely hope that the customer service at Marsden Park Forty Winks improves in the future. A shopping experience, especially for something as crucial as a bed, should be engaging, pleasant, and most importantly, helpful. This experience was a reminder of how much good customer service can impact a customer's overall shopping experience.

In conclusion, although we liked the bed, the lack of effort and engagement from the sales lady considerably dampened our shopping experience. I hope that this review serves as constructive feedback and leads to an improvement in the customer service at Marsden Park Forty Winks.

Forty winks in marsden park is awesome! Our sales person Amanda has gone above and beyond to fulfill our 3 different large orders. through our indesisiveness and stressful decision making, Amanda made sure our wants and needs were fulfilled and even stayed 30mins after closing time with a coworker named Jacob where they both reviewed the order to make sure everything turned out perfect. Would recommend 100%

Great experience. Sales team were super helpful and friendly. As we live out of area we opted to pick our mattress up when it was ready. However a week after ordering we received a phone call to say they were delivering another mattress in our area and would be happy to offer complimentary delivery. Delivery guys were great too. Very happy, thank you!

Buying a new mattress is so daunting but Forty Winks made it so easy! The differences between mattresses and people were explained so thoroughly. I can't wait to be finally sleeping on the perfect mattress for my side of the bed. Thank you!

Was greeted within a reasonable amount of time upon entering. Was taken through the analysis that checks what type of mattress suits your body, good hygiene practices as we had a liner provided for the pillows and mattresses we tried. Very happy with the service, one of the lovely staff even gave our daughter a stuffed sheep. Left having purchased a new mattress.

I must say this young gentleman Kim was amazing with his customer service. I shopped around but Kim provided me with lots of information and help. He answered all my questions and made the sale smoothly.
As a customer I wish we have more people like him, I was very impressed and happy to have come across him. Also I was very impressed how spoke very well about his job and employer. I will definitely will come back in the future.

Thankyou Forty Winks Marsden Park for delivering my new Queen mattress earlier than normal and offering to do so especially when I just moved into my new home. The VIP night you held was so worth going to even on a cold, rainy winter's night and I got the best value for money with a top notch mattress ;-) To the management and staff..sorry I couldn't remember the names but many thanks for the exceptional customer service. The fact you also offered to deliver my mattress earlier than normal was truly appreciated. It's this kind of service that sets you above the rest and left me feeling a happy customer. Very helpful staff, she was very experienced with the variety of beds and mattresses, she went above and beyond to try and help us out.

Great service, we felt well looked after and no pressure to buy. Ended up returning after lunch to complete our purchase.
