Have recently bought bedroom package after buying a lounge last year. The service is fantastic, the staff are all extremely knowledgeable and really try to fit the product to your needs. We have now just gone back again and bought a dining setting. Will continue to go back and furnish my entire house from this wonderful business. Thanks ladies.

We purchased our lounge from the Marsden Park store, we have originally asked the staff member to order the lounge in the opposite configuration to the floor stock. The lounge arrived and it was not the configuration we had ordered. When we called the customer service line we spoke to a lovely young lady by the name of Sheridan, she was so helpful, her communications was superb and our issue was resolved within three days. I would happily purchase from the store again!

I was very satisfied with the product and with the team from Marsden Park. They were helpful and polite. When I went to pick up the bookshelf from the warehouse the package couldn't fit in my car, so the boys helped me to dispatch it piece by piece and loaded in my small car. Nothing negative about this store. Plus, I love their furniture! Thank you!

Found the customer service to be very good, was notified when my furniture came in which was quicker than I was originally told. Price was cheap but the quality is very good. We came up from rural nsw to pick it up so they moved it from the warehouse to the Marsden park shop to make it easier. Thanks heaps we love our new lounge set

My Fiance and I are absolutely in love with this store and the staff! We pop in all the time and pretty much have bought all our furniture from there. Quality is amazing you can even smell it on the products. Thanks so much to the Team for everything!

I noticed the ownership changed so I decided to give it another chance.I understand that shipments sometimes get delayed but with the reassurance from staff my items turned up not too long after I enquired! Beyond happy with the change over and my order, great store!
