Staff are most welcoming, providing a shopping experience that makes it worth going to a "brick and mortar" store. In addition, I appreciate Dymocks' ability to source books for me that are not listed in their catalogue.

The staff were so helpful and nice, full of great recommendations. I went in only looking for one book but walked out with 2 at a great price thanks to the help I received with the specials and recommendations. You can really tell that the staff know their books and what people like to read!
