Phone calls are never answered, instead a long detailed message comes on followed by " some one will call by COB.

Absolutely Terrible Customer Service contacted them over multiple days never answered phone I understand if they are busy however put me on hold until they can talk to me it isn't hard terrible business practice will be forwarding their conduct and unwillingness to answer phones to senior management would not recommend ever.

The absolute worse customer service I have ever experienced ..worse than Westpac !

Nothing more infuriating waiting in a queue for 20 mins to deposit a cheque and before CBA answer with ATM deposit that was not an option !
CBA Cessnock are an appalling branch !

They never answer and I had my wallet stolen .so I went in and cancelled my card but they did not cancel it .find out today clever stole my wallet is still accessing my money trying to ring them all morning to find out why but no answer

atm cardless deposits dont always work when needed to
