I have been attending Greta Medical Centre for ten years. I love Dr JJ who truly cares and is the gp for all our family, including Grandpa! Dr JJ is supported by the wonderful Belinda, Maddy and Monique who truly rock! They answer the phones and listen with compassion. I highly recommend this friendly and caring practice!

Greta Medical Centre has the most amazing doctors. I have been going there for the past 15 yrs and have only had the best care.

Reception staff are so welcoming and helpful- even though they are so busy. Cannot recommend enough, Monique is excellent. GMC you are lucky to have her as your first point of contact.

Monique On the reception desk is absolutely fantastic. She will go above and beyond to help you find an appointment or to get your paperwork sent out. Always with a positive attitude and such a sunny disposition. My kids also love Monique she’s always quick with a lollipop if they are being a bit full on. My family and I have been patients at Greta Medical Centre for over 10 years. We have been extremely lucky to have such an amazing and caring GP over these years and I think the reception staff do an amazing job managing appointments to get you seen as quickly as possible.

Reception team are always professional and wanting to help. Monique & Maddie helped me this week getting my sick child in to see our doctor. I have been going to this practice for over 10 years now. There have been times over the years where I had emergencies and they are always willing to help you. Dr Deep is our family doctor, he listens to the to us and always willing to go the extra mile to make sure we are all healthy.

Great surgery , all the doctors are dedicated to their patients. The reception staff are friendly and helpful. Patients need to remember that doctors get sick too ! If they have to cancel your appointment or change the date it’s because it’s necessary !

This is such an amazing surgery I am so proud of each and every individual here very caring supportive and friendly with having lots of children there’s moments where I’ve needed to reach out for urgent medical help and the staff have allways been immediately supportive non judgmental and truely amazing .
