Delicious food, great service! We had the McSpicy burger and the double cheeseburger. The chicken in the McSpicy was crunchy yet so juicy, and the cheese in the cheeseburger was melted just right - not a sticky mess but enough so you know it's cooked fresh. And table service wow missed that in the last 2 years

Awesome restaurant they are always happy to make everything I order fresh and I have never had any team member be nothing but courteous respectful .

Stop here every morning for coffee, staff super friendly. Food...... well its maccas, so never has been great.

Hard to find but mouth watering chips and moist chicken aioli wraps, delightful staff, you can tell it’s a Greta owned. Very clean but had to use my muscles to pull the chair off the table to sit. Overall was a sublime experience 🕺🕺🕺

I am absolutely thrilled with McDonald's! The food is always delicious and consistent, and the service is top-notch. The variety of options available on the menu is impressive, and the prices are incredibly reasonable. Overall, I cannot recommend McDonald's enough!

Best coffee! Every single time better than other branches, I'm always never sure if I'll get a good coffee elsewhere but at Greta it's always good every time. I don't go anywhere else for coffee out now.

Greta McDonald’s would have to be one of the best maccas I’ve ever been too, ALWAYS so clean, food always taste fresh, everyone that works there shows so much respect! There manager should be proud of them!

Most Mecca's are really good. The food is great. Just love the Classic Angus.

We ate here last week. It had really good customer service and a friendly staff member named Emily served us at McCafe. The coffee was delicious and had the right froth to milk ratio!

Just got back from the drive thru, wonderful staff at first and second conter, seemed to be the same individual, very detailed order ,perfect greetings and excellent communication skills .Was worth my trip.

Nice restaurant good service and great crew, but keeping in with a google review; i was annoyed to see them cleaning whilst i was eating.
I mean thats just not cool.
How am i meant to enjoy i meal when the floors and tables are constantly being cleaned.

Good size McDonald's to stop while travelling, not as busy as the bigger towns, coffee was hot.

For this who live a gluten free lifestyle, there is a rather extensive menu soley dedicated to these products.

The young man that was behind the counter taking orders around 11.45 12.15 this morning the 11th may is an asset to your business i dont know his name but i watch this youg man throught my lunch an he was very lovely to every one he served and when he brought the tray to your table he thank you for coming to eat at McDonald's

My Caramel Sundae was the best I've had in Newcastle. I always have a double Caramel Sundae and they nailed it. Definitely be back

Always like to complicate my order a little, terrific team, never mess up my burger quick helpful service 🙂
