Mantra One Sandy Bay Road Hobart

Brilliant stay at this perfectly situated apartment. We were 10 mins walk to the harbour, Salamanca Markets and we could book the car in for secure parking overnight. The apartment was really spacious and comfortable with all the facilities we needed. The staff were really friendly and helpful. I would recommend them to any of our family and friends.

My husband and I stayed here for 3 nights in an apartment. We loved our apartment. Very spacious and comfortable. Great sized comfortable bed, great shower and spacious living room. It was so quiet and in a great location where we could walk to everything. The staff were super friendly and helpful. Definitely will return.

Fantastic value hotel, hugest hotel room I've ever been in!! For reference, you could easily hold a 10 person yoga class in the living room! Ceilings are ridiculously high, there was literally an echo!😅🤣
Location is excellent. A stones throw away from Salamanca markets on Saturday, has a beautiful park across the road for a nice picnic, close to all the eateries along the harbourside.

Very well appointed rooms, comfortable beds, clean spacious bathroom, washer, iron and ironing board which was great to have to press the frock for Aloft! Two TV's, dining and coffee tables. Highly recommend the executive room

Reception was friendly, efficient, knowledgeable and super accommodating! Shout out to the lovely lady behind the desk today, who served us fairly, despite an aggressive fellow who felt he could push ahead of us while we tried to check out. We appreciate your professionalism!

A well maintained quaint service apartment good for long stays. The staff are very helpful and the rooms are good sized with all the amenities you would require.

Stayed at this Hotel 3 times for work, this past week was interesting, 26-29-July 23. Great Place to stay, Central to Hobart, with a little market type thing across the park.

Located close to heaps of good places to eat. Large tidy rooms. Staff were great.

Had a great stay here. The location is really good, and I got a top floor corner room and so I had great views in two directions - beautiful! Especially at sunset. Enjoyed having a separate lounge area, and the kitchen was good for when I hosted a small gathering.

I am writing this whilst sitting on the toilet in my apartment here at Mantra One. It's the first time I've ever reviewed accommodation from the bathroom. It's nice. Would definitely poo again.

Amazing, super helpful staff who not only helped us with accommodation as well as was kind enough to help us with giving a quick overview of things to do and assisting us with even parking.

Rooms are very spacious and building is very well kept.

The place is only 100 steps to Salamanca Place, Battery Point and various restaurants.

It takes 5 mins to reach waterfront and other key areas of interest, so you don't need to bother about vehicle.

Just a short walk to to the shops. I had a nice clean spacious room. I imagine places that are closer to the city wouldn't be as spacious for the price.

My room had a combo washer/dryer that washed well, but didn't dry even after several dryer runs. Fortunately there was a clothes rack behind the bathroom door.

The young Indian guy who checked me in was very helpful and friendly. Hope he ends up visiting Maria Island eventually! All the other staff members I interacted with were great too.

The lift at the other entrance is a little slow but not too bad. It has an interesting oldschool design. Kinda looks like a small room that moves up and down.

Parking is tight both in terms of available spots and physical space. It's convenient being able to park downstairs though. There's street parking (check signs) round the corner and a public parking lot nearby.

The location in Sandy Bay is fantastic, centrally located to CBD and eateries. The room size is generous, welcoming and comfortable, with staff able to answer all enquiries I had and handled in a efficient and positive manner. Will not hesitate to stay here again. Thank you for a fantastic stay 😊

A second time staying here, everything was great. Location is just perfect, 5 minutes walk to Salamanca Place through the beautiful Garden next door. Around 5-10 minutes walk to CBD, lots of takeaways and restaurants as well.

The room is spacious and cozy, good value for the money, and staffs are very helpful and friendly. We will definitely come back again.

Great serviced apartments right in the centre of the action. The staff are friendly and the room was very clean and modern. Parking is limited and needs to be booked in advance. There is ample street parking but it is metered between 8am-6pm. We would definitely stay here again.

Fantastic accommodation. Central. Clean & great service at front desk. Couldn't fault any of that. The only thing I wasn't aware was my room was self serviced. which didn't impact our stay. Although worth considering for others. I must add 1 bedroom apartment was massive circa 45sqm & great value. Loved it & would highly recommend hotel to anyone that wants it all for a great price & happy to request a few fresh things throughout your stay

We stayed in the two bedroom apartment which was more like to separate rooms, it was huge! When compared to other two bedroom apartments this was very well priced! It was super clean, in a great location and we had no problems when it came to customer service. We also opted and paid for a car spot which made parking at night easy!

Nice exterior, interior modern enough. Friendly and helpful staff. Everything you need for a weekend away. Rooms much larger than expected. Ambient lighting. Comfortable beds / pillows and couches. Bathrooms well sized, quality toiletries provided. Not too noisy.. other than the painters one morning. Only thing I think need improving and urgently is the Wi-Fi. It only works in the public areas, not usually too big of a deal but for some reason my mobile network doesn't work very well inside the room either.

Had a really great experience: Staff were lovely and welcoming and provided helpful information on how to get around the CBD. The self-serviced apartments provided all the essential amenities, very comfortable bed, nice and clean and in great condition. The rooms were also quite spacious with high ceilings and tall windows that overlooked the city and St David's park which is quite beautiful. Location-wise, it's perfect - a very short walk to the waterfront and the Salamanca district (and amazing Saturday markets). When checking out the receptionist on duty asked us how our stay was, what our plans were and then kindly offered to hold our bags before heading to the airport. Our experience exceeded our expectations and we wouldn't't hesitate in coming back.
