I had a smooth transaction, and the young man at the counter made it even better by promptly setting aside the sizes I needed. When I returned an hour later, i mentioned another Rebel store had the (asic quantum 180 7s) for $20 less than the regular retail price and he honoured that same price for me. The service was excellent, and I'm particularly impressed with the helpfulness of the young man. Overall, I'm impressed with the service and highly recommend Rebel for stylish and spine-friendly shoes.

Went to pick up the rowing machine I ordered today, and was super impressed with the level of service they provide. Since it was a surprise present for my husband, naturally I couldn’t take him with me to pick up this bulky item. Niko was the one who helped me with the order pickup, and I was impressed with his helpfulness and friendliness. Moving the equipment to my car was a bliss. Thank you Niko and team 😉

Rebel store at Macquarie center is on Level 4. Its a massive store. I was looking for a specific shoe and the staff here helped a lot with recommendations and also advised me what are the best options for me. Definitely a 5 star for that.

there was a group of annoying teens who i witnessed treating the sales girl poorly - practically throwing the stuff at her, interrupting her mid sentence etc. I was served after them and still the girl treated me with so much kindness and 10/10 customer service. Handling those sorts of customers and still having the ability to treat the next customer with such kindness and respect is amazing.
This happened around 1pm today :))

I had the best experience at Rebel Macquarie today! Taquira was so amazing helping me with some shoes, talking me through the features of each one. Even though the store did not have stock of the particular items I was after, she went out of her way to find stock at another store and secure the item for me. What a lovely employee - as a fellow retail employee, hope she gets the recognition she deserves!

Been a member for almost 12 years now and even though this store has some weird features with shoe boxes always missing one shoe when u are trying to buy a pair. The staff are friendly proactive and very welcoming. Thank you

Very cooperative staff and plenty of options for sports wear from top brands in the genre. There might be more to it but I've shared as far as I've explored.

Its fine, your average Rebel. Staff are nice and outgoing. Nothing special but nothing too bad either. Pleasant experience every time. I'd give a 4.5 if possible.

I had a great experience shopping for new running shoes; Andrew was very knowledgeable and provided good advice on models that would fit my feet and provide good arch support.

Luke, the store manager, went above and beyond to secure the shoes I wanted. This was unexpected 6 star customer service. If you need assistance Luke is your go to.

Thanks Dennis for the superb customer service. Very polite, attentive and interested. Lots of people are generally not interested in their job so this was refreshing to see. A business is only as good as the people they hire and for this particular store, Rebel has done well.

My son’s soccer boots that I bought from Rebel in Macquarie were faulty (stud was falling off after only 7 months). The store was very helpful on the phone and in person (when I took the boots in). Swapped it for the same new pair without a fuss. Very professional and helpful staff.

The shop assistant was very helpful. We had trouble finding the right pair of soccer boots size and he was able to make helpful suggestion. The store offers a good range of sportswear and sports goods.
