All I can say is that you SJ !!!! I struggle finding jeans that fit me, I have a small waist and a curvier body. SJ was so patient and allowed me to try on every single pair of jeans in multiple sizes 🥹🥹 he was so lovely ! What a great asset to the company. All the staff are lovely!

General Pants Liverpool is the place to go if you want a wardrobe makeover all their fashion sense is up to date with society and beyond! They’ve helped me customise my personal wardrobe as well as help me find dance attire and dance costumes throughout the year! I’d highly recommend the entire store as all the stuff their are polite and know how to hype you up and make you feel comfortable in the outfits as well as in your own skin. All the workers are amazing and have such amazing customer service!! Especially Deana and Aisha!

Went in saturday 1pm the staff were full of joy and were really something special and helpful! Thanks guys! Made my day a whole lot better! This is my first review ever so they must of been good!

Terrible service in store by the store manager ( at the Liverpool store)and not only they refuse to refund me for their online mistake, but email a complaint two month ago and still have not heard from anyone from GP. Will share my experience to all my friends to ensure no one get treated and ignore like me. Clearly GP do not care about customer service, good luck.
