Universal Store

After being told I was too fat to wear a size 12 at candy + Lace I went into universal store feeling like the ugliest person ever! I was greeted by the most beautiful lady named April. She continued to tell me how good I look! She gave me heaps of choices and was extremely patient and supportive! I ended up finding something that helped me feel so much happier about myself! Thank you so much beautiful April!
She also loved my baby and played with him it was such a good experience

Best clothing shop with cool urban shirts, will love to come back and buy the shirts sometimes 😀

Jenny is the best... Always knows exactly what looks good on me and knows what all the new trends are and my size and fit just by looking at me. All her team are super wonderful, friendly and have excellent customer service skills. Jenny really knows how to boost your confidence through fashion and is an asset to the business. It's extremely rare these days in retail to have someone so professional, helpful and kind who makes it her mission to make sure you leave the store feeling good about yourself. I only shop for clothes with Jenny and her team now.

All the experiences that I've had at Universal store in Liverpool have ways been fantastic. The staff are so knowledgeable with their products, kind and polite. There is no pressure whatsoever to buy. Just very chill relaxed vibes. Shout out to Talisha who made me try on something I wouldn't have dared to and now it's my favourite piece in my wardrobe. And also a few months ago there was another young girl with a blonde bob that was amazing too. Outstanding customer service as always.

Went into Universal at Liverpool and was served by Jacqueline. She was so helpful. We did not feel pressured at all to buy things. She genuinely wanted to help us finish our Christmas shopping and suggested items that we actually wanted. Great job to her. Because usually whenever we go into a universal store the other sales reps always pressure us to buy things and do not seem genuine.

Went to Liverpool for the day with my partner and decided to stop here, ended up spending well over an hour trying on clothes. Jarna (sorry if I got your name wrong) looked after us and we thought it was the best customer service we have received at any clothing store. She definitely went above and beyond. Thanks for taking the time to help us pick some new outfits, definitely will be back! Highly recommend!

Came into the Liverpool Universal Store and was delighted to be helped out by Jenny and Angel. I needed an outfit for a night out and was struggling to find something but they helped me find the perfect three dresses. They were both extremely lovely and super sweet and made sure I was happy with my dresses. A+ customer service and I’ll definitely be back in no time.

I visited Sydney last week and went to universal store liverpool and received the best customer service from Jenny and Stephen honestly cannot recommend this store enough. Would definitely come back to this store 100% such a great team.

Such a great team they have here, All the girls are so lovely and work really well together. They went above and beyond to help me find a last minute outfit for my event. I have never felt more welcomed and comfortable while shopping:)

Honestly the staff are absolutely amazing and how kind they all are to all their customers making us all feel confident and amazing in our bodies is just amazing! The teamwork skills here are just prestige all the workers will be able to serve more then one customer at a time helping find outfits for all the customers without neglecting their customers! Jenny that day was amazing and so kind and relatable to have serve us she boosted her team up whilst we talk to her as well and boosted our confidence up whilst in outfits! The joy that comes from all of the staff here is amazing!
