Dr Michael listened to my issues, who saw the urgency & acted promptly.
It's worth travelling for more than 2 hours each way.

Almost impossible to get through on the phone. They want you to book on line but you need to call if wanting to actually see the doctor. If my doctor wasnt so good I would be leaving.

Very judgemental and rude receptionist. (If they don't like the look of you, they WILL make OBVIOUS excuses and even turn you away). Fine, if I go out in the street and am ill, you know who will be at fault.

The time I did get in, the doctor was very aggressive and loud, asked why I was there and when I told them, politely, they ignored it and started going on about some other thing that I wasn't even there for!

It wasn't this bad years ago, was the opposite, but the last 2-3 yrs has gone downhill.

Only wanted a referral and the stupid cow wanted all my medical history which in my case does not existence. Will never go back absolutely useless and didn't listen to me what i was saying

**Edited for their response. I have been a client there for 12 years and almost every time I have gone there I'm made to wait ridiculous times, usually up an hour. On top of that the reception has been rude more times than I can remember. This clinic has no care about your clients, you obviously overbook to feed the pockets of the doctors and the clinic and don't care that people turn up on time. I suggest the owners of this clinic sack those rude receptionist as they appear to hate their job anyway. Tried another clinic and was amazed how friendly the receptionist was...and my appointment was only a 5min wait. I would give zero stars if I could.
